I use to typically go to the Collinsville Steak N'Shake. I would always order the same thing and ask for only mustard a pickle on my burger. Several times I received burgers with mustard, pickle, and KETCHUP. The last time, I went I specifically stated that I didn't want KETCHUP on my burger---I only wanted mustard and pickle. Guess what I received on the burger?---KETCHUP, mustard, and pickle. This time I took it back. They seemed confused but gave me another burger---it was still wrong---it only had mustard. Probably won't go back to this location as they continually mess up my order.

The only buns that I want to see is on my burger although the guy was nice but what I seen is unacceptable in public especially at work while cooking. A picture is worth a thousand words couldn’t even eat my food after I seen this.

Just have to say that this location is phenomenal. I’ve never had any issues out of them and I even show up after 11pm usually since I also work in food service and they are still very kind. My order is always correct and hot as well.

Honestly, I wish we had some where I live because the fries were really good and the burger was on point for fast food! The milkshake was phenomenal!! Could be the location itself or maybe it's every Steak 'n Shake but either way, I was very pleased!
