STIR Hibachi Grill

We are traveling and decided to try them. But when we went in, the prices were not as they appeared online. They were much higher than what was posted. Thanks

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a dish as shown in the menu picture and explicitly mentioned I wanted it exactly as presented. However, when the bill arrived, I was shocked to see an additional charge for ingredients that were supposed to already be included in the dish. When I questioned this, the excuse was that they had added “more than usual” because the normal portion is just a pinch.

At no point was I informed that this would incur an extra charge. The lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. This is a clear example of bad service and shady business practices. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

First time customer!
Just received my order after seeing the amazing reviews and hoping to find a fresher and tastier alternative to Panda. I had extremely high hopes to tell my partner and friends about a gold mine.

I ordered Lo Mein with beef, crab rangoon, and a soda. The portion is big, I will agree with the other comments. First glance, i was disappointed at how little meat there was for the huge amount of noodles. The noodles were okay flavorwise, but very heavy and greasy. I wanted to keep trying but I started to worry about how my stomach would react. When I moved the noodles around, oil would collect at the bottom of the container.

I also ordered a side of crab rangoon and it was some of the worst Ive ever had. The corners had a stale crunch to them and the dough around the middle was... chewy, unfortunately. They also didn't have flavor/seasoning which made me sad for the first time ever eating rangoon.

Lastly, the diet coke syrup must've been going out as well. All the fizz, but little flavor.

I'm hoping i just ordered the wrong dish and that it could've also been an off night..who knows. Pretty disappointed and unsure if I would try again.

My large plate look the same as regular plate. Chicken was a little salty but rice helped it. Loaded fries were decent. You get refills on soda so thats nice.

We had a bad experience. However, the owner did everything in his power to fix it sincerely. It is very appreciated and the food is great!

The stir fried lo mein, was horrible the sauce was too sweet and the noodles were over cooked. First experience and it was a bi for me. The crab ragion taste store bought. Husband had spicy beef fried rice and the sauce was toosweet as well. Hint please cut vegetables smaller. No go...

Service would be fine if it were take out, but there was an automatic gratuity fee for dine in, then they ask for a tip when paying. Suchi was expensive. Overall, food was good.
