The sandnwiches are really good. Very disappointed thst they are no longer selling flat bread at this location.. that is my breakfast go to sandwich the other breads are to much bread. Please bring back the flat bread. Si ce they didn't have flat bread anymore I didn get a sandwich.

I come here in the mornings usually and Nessa makes my sandwich perfect everytime. No matter how simple or complicated, it's beautiful in presentation and delicious to eat. It might sound cheesy but it's true. She'll joke with you if you're feeling silly and is fun to talk to. I usually get 2 or 3 sandwiches at a time and she makes them quickly and yummy. I'll always be happy when Nessa makes my sub!

I ate her the other day and instantly got food poisoning right after. I went back to be nosy two days later. I seen workers not wearing gloves at all. it’s nasty to even think about. they not only prep meat but also cut up vegetables.. that’s cross contamination.. I won’t eat here ever again.

I got a BLT xtra crispy and it was perfectly made by the young woman who was working by herself. Great customer service!! Every time I go there she's working and is always friendly and helpful with any questions I have. She really does care about getting your order right. She deserves a raise!!!

Used to be good until the Indians bought it. Now it's the worst subway ever. Really should have stuck with the original owner it's going to go down hill very fast. Veggies everywhere doesn't look like it's been cleaned up at all. 0 out of 5 I wouldn't recommend I wouldn't doubt it if it's the most unsanitary place in Collinsville.

I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.

I stopped in the purchase. The cheesy garlic steak sandwich, the number 31. They cook the meat and cheese did not add peppers did not add onions and then the kid who was building the sandwich, decided to put peppers on it. After it came out of the toaster and threw it on 1/2 of the sandwich. I then tried to correct it. They completely ignored me. And then my total was supposed to be $15.07 cashier looks at me and says 701I said that's not right. They then repeat to me. I'm sorry I was looking at the clock.I don't know what's going on at the subway, but i'm not coming back to it

My husband and I went in around 6:30 tonight after work. The wonderful woman who took care of us tonight deserves a raise! She was multitasking like crazy and was still positive and professional.
