I'm so disappointed since they hired new employees. They always get my order wrong. I ask for chicken strips, and they always give me roasted chicken instead. I've been going to this store for years, ever since it opened, and I never had this problem until it changed owners and they hired new staff. And that's not even mentioning the time one of the employees was incredibly rude.

Food was bad even for subway standards but the reason I am writing this review is because I was accused of stealing because I took some napkins from the front desk that were facing the employees only. The clerk said that I got enough napkins with my meal which was 4 napkins for 2 sandwiches. And then proceeded to argue with me I believe is name of as hament it was the man who worked the evening shift on 9/2/2025 Absolutely disgusted that I got called a thief for taking napkins that I need to eat after spending 35 dollars on some disgusting subway. Horrible

I ordered a sandwich and received molded bread, I contacted subway and spoke with supposedly the manager Hamen who told me the bread wasn’t molded. I offered to send a photo several times and was told I didn’t need to send a photo because they don’t serve molded bread. This bread is molded.

Anessa is absolutely amazing! She is very good at her job but goes above and beyond to be personable and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. But she also made everyone else in the store a priority with great service as well. Brittany was also great!! They are a huge asset to your company!! Great experience which is actually quite refreshing in itself! Thank you ladies for a great lunch time stop!!!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a Subway sandwich, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly baked bread, which set the tone for what was to come. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as I customized my sandwich to perfection.
I don't know why but a Subway inside another business other than a gas station makes it seem less sketchy.

Giving 2 stars because i usually don’t have issues here, ordered online through the subway app, they messed up my entire order. 2 simple 6 inch subs. You can’t request a refund or give feedback on your order online.
