It’s just honestly not good. The food is made sloppily all the time. The workers are rude and uncaring. I was in there and heard the phone ring only for it to get picked up and slammed down. The new taco bell near the Walmart super center is a lot better and everything is made with care and the workers are very kind.

Don’t go at dinner time . Slowest fast food place ever . Ended up, leaving before even getting food because it took so long even though I had paid.

Originally placed an online drive through order. When i arrived they were wrapped and my pickup would have blocked the entrance. I decided to go inside to change to carry out. I was ignored for a while then told to use the kiosk. There are signs that said to use the kiosk so yes I can read. I passed the 4th grade in my educational career, thanks. So instead of asking me how I can be helped I was pretty much ignored and told to kick rocks so I ended up going into drive through and my vehicle blocked the entrance.
Used to be good but the last year they been very stingy. My last 2 visits have been aweful. The crunch wrap suppremes are thin like paper and the same with the chicken quesadillas! They literally have NO chicken! Your literally only eating tortilla ! Its ridiculous!!!

Awful Taco Bell- the manager James t was telling people who needed help at front to use the kiosk and ignored them when told that they needed other assistance like gift cards that aren’t done at the kiosk. Then continued to ignore them with no communication for the next 12 minutues until aggressively coming over and reluctantly helping the first person and trying to ignore the other one. When the other one stopped him he had a rude tone with her as well it’s crazy they made someone like that a manager in the first place; if he reflect their business and management they allow I will say they sure won’t be around for long for good reason.
