No longer going to this Taco Bell would rather drive 20-30 min to get it then 5. Asked for no beans on my nachos because I’m allergic and can’t have them and not noticing because meat was all over it it covered the beans and i ended up eating some. Places need to listen to orders, take their time and ect before handing out the food.

Bad experience with mobile app. Submitted an order on the app for in store pick up. App said order was being made. Waited 20 minutes and watched others, who ordered after me, get their order before me. The asked where my mobile order is. They then started to make it. What is the point of this app if no one is trained on how to process those orders in a timely manner? Terrible.

Don’t go to this one! Every time I’ve gone to this location, there’s something at least a little off about my experience. Whether it’s an incorrect order, a missing side of nacho cheese that my receipt says I paid for or the contact high I’m sure I got from smelling the staff, something is always off. I haven’t gotten a quesadilla here that hasn’t been cut hilariously. Last time about 90% of the filling was on one half of the quesadilla, not melted, and the thing was cut into deranged pieces like a serial killer pasting letters together on a ransom note. Also, employees shouldn’t be parking right in front of the main entrance door, on break, with the car reeking of weed despite the windows being up. Ugh, what has happened to this generation of teens and young adults?! This location is chronically run by irresponsible youngsters. If they can’t tell that something was clearly wrong with all those quesadillas and fix the problem, I’m sure they don’t know how to spot something that’s unsanitary and fix those problems. Yuck! Not going back to this one.

An employee here stole my credit card and I never got it back DO NOT GO HERE
Placed a mobile order at 6:30Pm. Waited for an hour and half and still didn’t get the order. When asked two times during the wait employees kept apologizing. After one final attempt at 7:45Pm left with out my order. Very disappointed in the management of this Taco Bell. I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund and also to any City of Collinsville officials in regards to the poor service that’s being given to the people of Collinsville surely, I’m not the first one. We deserve better. Yum! Corporation needs to consider re-evaluation of this particular Taco Bell. This location needs to be replaced with a better manager and staff.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The employees refuse to help you. They sit there and stare at you and don't acknowledge anyone. There were at least 8 people waiting for food tonight and not one employee came to acknowledge anyone. Save yourself time and go to a different place if you want tacos. Noone there wants to be working and it shows.

We stopped in the evening on our way home from a river trip and it was perfect. I always order xtra beef and cheese and hardly ever get the extra back at home but this time I did and they even layered in right! Like I didn’t just have sections of rice meat the cheese it was all evenly proportioned the way it should be. And the girls in there were very welcoming and kind.
