Bush league taco bell. Belt line forgets your stuff all the time but at least the taco shells arent stale and hard, and the cheese is melted when its supposed to be. N Bluff is also hella slow. Wild how fast this brand new T-bell went to the darkside. At least the facility is clean.

Missing items from order , we called we were super polite on the phone to see if we could fix the situation. Rude over the phone actually was told we could have the missing item made and pick it up , the manager an older Caucasian female was super rude. The employee asked what drink to give us she said publicly “a large so they don’t come back” while dealing with the situation at the store it was attitude from the manager and eye rolling as well. Certain people don’t belong in customer service jobs.

Ordered a 5 layer burrito Monday night /no sorry cream. Got it home IT WAS 90% BEANS...Very little chese..Barely any MEAT... Disappointed 😞 So here we are again on 8-16-2025 11:20pm pull up in drive thru told by a voice it's a 20 min they are understaffed (wait no one at the window) We go around to the door it's locked..I see 3 guys walking out from somewhere One came to the door after I went back to my car. I rolled my windows down and said I see 3 of you what's this understaffed BS.. I said I'll just call Corporate tomorrow, and spend my money elsewhere . And I did go elsewhere Owners need to check up on there Weekend night staff..

Food is good but the last few times I've picked up orders and Door Dashed from here they've forgotten items every single time and one this last time I didn't even get the right order at all.
Store is understaffed. When I've been here they have been pretty busy and usually have a delay with getting online orders completed quickly. I don't want to fault those who do show up to work. I'll continue to go and just have some patience.
