Hillary is a great waitress. Jesus made the food perfect for us and checked on us!! Becca greeted us and sat us asking how our day was. Jamie greeted us before she left. The staff is all super friendly and it was just an amazing experience.
Great food. My waitress had a super great smile. She was sure to get everything I needed. I even got a to go soda. This is my favorite place in town. thanks for being open 247
This is Dennys why are you calling it The Meltdown
Brianna K. was our server. She was very friendly and made great recommendations food wise. Service was great as well as food being delicious. Would definitely recommend and go back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is literally a ghost kitchen for dennys! The quality is awful and they are deliberately trying to trick people into ordering from here.

this location is the best from the servers the cooks and managers. food is always spot on. you see everyone working as a team
Our waitress, Jamie P. at the Collinsville,IL location, was friendly and made great food recommendations. She made some serving suggestions to suit my tastes and the food came out perfect! We look forward to coming back again.
The Meltdown is Denny's takeout. I mistakenly thought this was a separate restaurant. I would have never ordered from the meltdown if I would have known. The food was what you'd imagine takeout from Denny's tastes like if you didn't eat it there, but chose to drive it home instead.Once I realized it was just Denny's my expectations were lowered. Unfortunately, I was still disappointed. My melt that I requested without onions had chopped onions on it. My order was missing all of our fries and onion rings. Even the desert disappointed.

one of the best experiences I have had at a Dennys. I was greeted, seated and order taken in a matter of 10 minutes! food was out in no time and FRESH! Manager even came to check on us, we let her know everything was great!

The place was great. Food took little time but it was worth the wait thank you team Collinsville my friends, and I will be back on the night again
Undesirable customer service. Truly a restaurant to not go. I say this as my family was seated and then three other groups came in behind us. Those 3 groups after they were seated were acknowledged, drink orders taken and food orders taken as well. After 10 minutes of wait staff walking past our table and not saying anything we walked out... Truly poor customer service.
Food isn’t good for the price. I ordered off of grub and got the treatin’n myself melt and it’s suppose to have strawberries on it, it didn’t. The cheesecake was clearly thrown onto the bread. And the sand which that I had gotten is rock

These pseudo restaurants are awful. I hate all of them. Too inconsistent and the only time I've ordered from one here the food was

I had never ordered here before, and do not intend to ever do so again.. I ordered through DoorDashThe giddyup melt combo was very, very expensive for what I got, and nothing at all like the picture.I got approximately four small small pieces of burnt ends, which were very burnt -- similar to charcoal-- and nearly inedible.Even my bread had a hole in it .. like a big air bubble. So there was absolutely no cheese or meat on that 1/4 off the sandwich--- It was horrible and if I was the owner, I would be embarrassed. This was the biggest disappointment since for a 17 or $18 combo... you'd be far better off at sonic who actually gives you a nice steak Melty sandwich for about six dollars... at least you can eat that! And don’t worry, I didn’t get a boatload of fries either. There’s barely a handful… of bland and cold fries— see picsI agree with other reviewers on door dash that the cheese was square cut and not melted at the edges I did take pictures and I intend to post with this so you can see the horrid shape of the sandwich. On an upside, the hitting snooze breakfast sandwich was a far better value, although still greasy. I'm not sure what they baste the bread in prior to grilling, but it is an oily mess, perhaps they hitting snooze bread just absorbed it better? That sandwich was as expected, except for the cheese .And on a final note, it seems really shady that this is apparently a Denny’s offering… Yet on DoorDash it seems like it’s a standalone restaurant called the meltdown… either way I would say buyer beware
