ITALIAN ICE (Flavor of the Day - Strawberry) 🍓 It was nice to try something new and see real bits and pieces of the fruit. On the flip side, I lovvevveveevveev lemon 🍋!

My boyfriend and I went for a quick sweet treat before closing, and Uptown Scoops did not disappoint! The young lady at the window was so nice and welcomed us with a smile. We even got to meet the owner and spoke to her for a bit about the background of the shop and the history behind the famous Grandmas Cookies. We tried one and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is very nice and clean! I am a Ted Drew’s girl by heart, but since living in Illinois this will be my new go to spot!
Best ice cream sandwich around! The custard was great as well! The workers were so sweet with my girls. They got toys out for them to play. We will be coming back!
