We love uptown scoops. The owner is very friendly and takes her business very serious, a dining area is always very clean and neat. Orders come out quick can her staff is always very friendly.
Very friendly service. Ice cream was okay. Unfortunately it was melting as soon as they handed me my cone, even though it was a cooler night. I can't imagine how hard it would have been to enjoy it on a warm day. Not sure why their product turned to liquid so quickly. Couldn't even get a photo of the actual cone because it was melting so fast.
Within view of the Collinsville Water Tower and in the beautiful town square sits an amazing property which houses the best custard that side of the Mississippi.
