We all know how a waffle house is. However, this waffle house has all the employees busy doing other things, and not really paying attention to the customers.
They're walking around with phones in their hands, not maintaining a clean environment, and current drink cups by the food they're preparing...
Very unsanitary.

Weird vibe, it's so quiet in here and when there's no rush of customers you have 6+ staff members just watching you eat. Lol food was alright, better than a Dennys imo

Tonight they had a limited menu. The Hashbrown bowls were pretty good. Waffles were excellent. Malik was our server and this guy deserves to be recognized!! He would be the Only reason I would go back to this location during the late shift. He acknowledged every person that walked through those doors in a way that made you want to stay, no matter the menu. Some didn’t, but hey ya can’t please everyone. Malik, you made our stop in between St. Louis and home memorable for all the right reasons.

I had to come back and give an updated review because of just how bad our most recent experience was.
Waffle House was my choice for my last meal prior to being induced to have my daughter and while we've always had a great experience here, that wasn't the case this time around. To say I was disappointed is a MAJOR understatement. The place was absolutely FILTHY. Flies everywhere! The staff was not paying attention at all. We were provided with dirty silverware and the waitress said "here, just have some plastic ones." Our food was not cooked well at all, my husband's eggs were not how he requested them, we were given grape jelly that was clearly old as it had a horrible taste and literally made my husband sick to his stomach. We never got an apology. It was not at all what I was looking forward to. It's clear the place could use some better management!

Your manager or what ever her name is has poor customer service. She seats her regulars ahead of others even though there’s a waiting list. I can’t tell you her name because she was attempting to be funny and did not introduce herself. The waffles paper thin. They don’t know how to scramble eggs. It was the perfect example of Time over quality because her loud mouth self made it her business to say how she trynna get them up and out so she can have a good day. I will just continue to go to waffle houses in Missouri.

My first time eating at Waffle House and had a bad experience. Walked in and everyone was on their phones except for one and she greeted us. Our waitress was very nonchalant and gave us stiff and burnt waffles. My husband waffles was okay and the grits were great. The eggs were okay, but the sausage looks like it's been sitting out for awhile. I couldn't believe our waitress brought that out to us. I could've asked for more waffles but the look of the place and the lack of service was a NO for me. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if this is your first time eating at "Waffle House"

Sat at our table for over 20 mins while employees gossiping with each other and cussing nonstop. Didn't even acknowledge us. So when we got up to leave they all finally acknowledged us as we're leaving. As I walked out I simply said couldn't get no help with my hands up and one of the young men starting running his mouth and I just walked out. We was the only customers in there around 8:40 pm.
Going in there during shift is always interesting, counting drawers. Passing on customers, mopping floors Chewing out an employee in front of customers should be a no no.

Food was good, but the waitress was not did not even come back and ask us if we need refills. that’s how you don’t get any tips because I will not leave any tips if you can’t do your job. Somebody needs to train you better.11/14/ 1:51

Well, for Waffle House standards. This one is well below average. Not the dirtiest one, but close! Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in days! At one point, I seen 5 workers on their phones at the same time. But hey! The food was good and I didn't get sick from it.
