Absolutely worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. The place was disgusting, it looked like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks, windows were gross, drink station was sticky n full of pop splatter, and the kitchen was nasty. Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, although multiple workers made eye contact. I needed assistance using the app so the cash register had to get the manager, she had an attitude and threw her hands up and went to the back. She didn’t come back for a few minutes and again, had an attitude and was rude. I finally was able to get my frosty for my kids but my experience was absolutely horrid.

Left out all of our sauce and then argued that it was in the bottom of the bag after I said I looked in the whole bag. Smelled like weed when the window opened. Forgot our drinks at first. A wild experience to say the least. Very odd things to be rude about. Probably don’t need to go back.

It's just a fun place to stop every now and then to have a fun time talking to people and eating good food with very helpful service if u want a quick and chill meal come here

This place is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. We’ve now been twice - trying to give them the benefit of the doubt - and will never be going back again. The staff are rude. The service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced in any fast food restaurant - it took them 10 min to even acknowledge we existed both times we went. We asked a simple question today and the guy taking orders flipped out throwing his hands in the air and raising his voice. We left. Won’t be back. Save yourself the headache and pick somewhere else. I’m not sure how they’re even still open

Came through the drive thru around 4:20pm on 9/24/2025 the person at the window as very rude. Myself and my family are pescatarians and started eating meat a short while ago so never order burgers. I asked the lady what was on a jr deluxe for my children as there was no picture and she “Tay” (Not sure if this is her name as the receipt was faded but it starts with an S) said it comes with everything. I said what does everything include as my children are picky. I ask did it include onions? Since it was such a problem to explain to me what was on a burger. There were no cars behind me and no one in the parking lot. She responded again very irritated and loudly EVERYTHING.. I explained to here we don’t eat burger so could she tell me what was on the burger. Long story short I drove around to the window she lied and said it wasn’t her taking my order and someone else did it after she realized I had a problem with her rudeness. I asked for her managers name, didn’t get that either. She had dreads and tattoos on her fingers. I just don’t understand the reason for the nastiness to me. If I was a white women spending my money in this area she would have served me with a smile. This is highly unacceptable and I would like to speak to someone further.

Wendy’s is decent fast food. But this location is wildly inconsistent. Staff will make eye contact and walk away when you are standing at the register. Food can be cold or sloppily thrown together or immaculate. Depends on which way the wind is blowing
