Wendy’s is alright they are trying some new things and I am not really a fan but you can’t go wrong with a good ole jr. bacon cheeseburger. The creamsicle frosty though … epic fail . 0 stars. would not try again.

Dirty glass on the door inside and out. The floor looked dirty and there was trash on the floor. The lack of spoons, straws and napkins on the dirty counter top.Both of the burgers were not made the way I had ordered them on the app. The Orange Dreamsicle Frosty looked and tasted fine.I was not going to travel back 10 miles to complain.Employees were friendly.

I've been on a fish sandwich kick lately and Wendy's was really good. Askedvfor food to go but got it in a tray for sit down meal quickly remedied and I was in my way.

It seems like the whole family works at this establishment and the manager/mother is very hateful!!!! The customer service here is very bad and the food is never right or it's cold and always looks like it was dropped or played in

Waited at the drive through window for 25 minutes only to receive cold food. The manger on duty name was Joey, he was quite rude when i asked why i had received cold food after waiting so long. Crew standing around chit chatting. By the time i got my food and left the drive through was wrapped.
Ordered a double combo, chicken nuggets combo. My wife asked for honey mustard. No honey mustard, my burger had a piece of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece, a piece of wilted soggy lettuce, no onion, cold fries with both meals, but the frosties were cold. A real disappointment for $23 dollars. Won't go back to waste my money!

Ice machine was leaking 3 ft to 6ft around the entire machine, which also had no ice and no soda!! 4 outta 5 trash cans were completely full! The guy that did the front service was trying but he needed some help and asked a manager twice and I still did t get my order correct!! There were 5 workers back there and o ly 3 cars in drive thru!! 2 managers there Included!! WOW!

This Wendy’s man, I don’t understand why every single time I go through the drive through it takes at least 25 minutes each time! I love Wendy’s but this takes so freaking long and there’s always at least 3 staff right there standing and talking with one another.. I started 1 car deep at menu at 6:48pm leaving now at 0708… there is now a line of 7 cars
