The wings and corn were good. The customer service was better. Shout out to the 3 ladies working today. They checked to make sure I was enjoying my meal. They were prompt and showed they cared about my experience.

I cannot tell you how much this place would be improved by the presence of JUST ONE person that gave a crap. Every time I am in this store, the entire staff is completely disinterested and NO ONE wants to engage with the customers. We all just stand there looking at each other, wondering if we will ever get the food we have paid for. More often than not, your food is ready, but because no one can be bothered to speak to anyone, it just sits on the shelf and gets cold. You could try to provide worse service, but you will never achieve the levels of aggressive disregard this wingstop staff is capable of naturally.

This store is a joke. Employees were fighting and cursing at eachother. They had family members of Employees showing up letting children walk into the kitchen. I. Placed a carry out order at 1pm for a 4pm pick up and the food wasn't ready till almost 5pm. Most Employees were staning talking.

Waited an hour for an online order of 18 wings only to find out they gave my food to someone else. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was my fault that I didn’t “step up” to get my food and they proceeded to ignore me for 30 minutes before getting a refund. I understood that they were busy but the disrespect was unreal and the pettiness after asking for a refund was uncalled for.

I ate there two weeks ago and I always go to this one but for some odd reason everyday deal wasn't the same food came too fast just didn't feel right at all but long story short I paid for it and throw all the food up the same night never happen before but I will not eat here again ever food poison
Wait times are SLOW. In general in the past this location has been very slow. It's sad because all the other wing stop locations around us have better reviews. What is this owner doing? Why are their facilities so poorly ran?

It's hard to screw up wings but that's the sole redeeming feature of this place. Going here is a practice in futility. Each time I've been here has been a waste of time. A full kitchen staff and they still take 45+ minutes to cook even the most basic order.
9 times out of 10 they'll give your order away and then you'll have to wait another 45 minutes to get your order made again, Lord only knows if they'll get it right the second time.
Genuinely don't expect anything to come of this comment, but hopefully if you're looking through these you can save yourself the headache.

First time eating here. The young man who was the front cashier was very polite. He shared he was a rather new employee… like 3 days.
We had a few questions about the menu and what he didn’t know how to answer he made sure he asked right then and did a great job.
Being in management myself, I’m always looking at how employees respond to each other and or customers.
I was rather shocked to see so many employees laughing and joking and standing around while preparing food. The wait seemed to be longer then what I feel it should have been with so many people “working”.
Why does it take more than 20 minutes for 20 wings and some fries? The drink station was really dirty. There were no napkins, just had a brown paper roll we had to “tear off”.
I ordered Hawaiian flavored wings, and upon getting my order, I thought that they were a little spicier than what I thought they should have been based on the cashier’s description of the sauce… Approached a team member showed them the wings I received my in order. She apologized and said “oh I’m sorry, they gave you habanero”. WHAT ?!? I asked her to repeat herself to make sure I understood…. She then said “we are out of the Hawaiian sauce”. SHOULDN'T THAT COMMUNICATED TO YOUR CASHIER?!? There were two wings missing when we approached them. One I had and one my daughter had to confirm that they were “not correct” … when they offered to remake them all they did was laugh the entire time.
I felt very uncomfortable having them “remake” anything after the laughs and looks the others gave to us at the table.
No one was wearing gloves and they had a work table in the dining area that was so dirty it should have been taken out back or had a cover on it.
Who ever owns this store needs to do some checks in and around the inside because this place was not clean enough to have so many people working and sitting around.

Waited 10 minutes extra for our food to be given to us only to find out that…
1. The fries were not seasoned
2. The fries were cold (this was literally leaving the parking lot)
3. They didn’t pack in the Parmesan wings we ordered. Instead, they gave us too many of the Louisiana rub
This is not the first time we’ve had issues with the quality of this location, but this is definitely the breaking point. Do not recommend coming to this establishment. You’re better off driving across state and hoping for the best there.

Shorted our order from Grubhub by 20 wings, was even included on the grill receipt. We called them, they refused to address the issue, and said we had to call Grubhub. 1st time ordering and the food wasn’t good either. Shriveled up and dry wings.

Walked in at 11:21p.m. And was told they wasn’t taking anymore orders. I don’t get off work till 11:00p.m. So I couldn’t have gotten here earlier. Left hungry!!!!
