Walked in at 11:21p.m. And was told they wasn’t taking anymore orders. I don’t get off work till 11:00p.m. So I couldn’t have gotten here earlier. Left hungry!!!!

Food was great but I payed an extra 5 dollars for ranch and I didnt even get to enjoy cause they lookd like someone just threw them in the bag most of them were broken or popped open leaving a massive mess in the bag

The service is terrible. We arrived at 10:20 pm and they didn't serve me because the register was already closed. Why do they lie about the schedule? According to me, it's until 12:00. I think it's in very bad taste that they waste my time.

Just all around crappy. Only accept online orders no call ins or walk in on a Monday night. Lazy. Food was subpar. Just honestly not good overall

I like wingstop, but this individual store is really bad. I don’t think a single order has ever been 100% correct. And if you call their number, instead of putting you on hold, they’ll just hang up? Don’t go to this store in particular

First time at a Wingstop and the last sorry to say. Four of us stopped for early dinner on a Sunday. The couple with us ordered the "basket for two", and we ordered the same thing a minute later. They got their food within 5-10 minutes and said it was good and were finished 30 minutes later. We still hadn't gotten our order. Finally 35 minutes after ordering we got it. Since our friends were done we took it back to our hotel. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was annoyed after watching others come in, order, sit down and receive their orders before us (NOT online phone ahead). Our order was just wings and fries. Nothing unusual. Food wasn't nearly good enough to offset the terrible service and seeming attitude from the employee.

Ordered 2 things of wings online. 10 piece boneless and an 8 piece bone in with fried corn. Went and picked it up, got it home and the boneless wings were in there but no bone in wings or corn. Had a 4 piece tender instead… Tried calling, but nobody answers the phone there. Terrible customer service!

Waited an hour and forty-five minutes!!
Only waited because I was passing through the city and had already paid before I got there. The place was filled to capacity with customers waiting for their wings. The cashier kept saying my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. NEVER visiting this particular restaurant again!

Service was fast but I ordered an 8pc boneless bbq wing and got out to my car and ate one and they were ice cold. I didn’t have time to go in and get it remade so I microwaved it when I got home. I’m pregnant and have to be cautious, as should the people serving it making sure it’s at a safe temperature to serve.

I ordered 2 10 piece bone in chicken wings it took 35 minutes just to get my order to go..my hotel is 2 minutes away. The wings were so dried out it was like trying to eat cardboard. Very disappointed...
