Beware when you call wingstop in Collinsville Illinois . They will lie to you and tell you they're not taking orders over the phone nor in store. Tis happened to me today for the second time. The lady lied and said they were basically closed because no one showed up for work. my son went to Collinsville and came back and told me that they indeed had customers coming and going. This was 20 minutes after I called. They do this because they get tired of taking orders. So if this happens to you just go to the location.

The Manger at this location stands on business!! I've been here multiple times & every time I see her on the clock, she fills her duty Her customer service is Awesome! Her employees are young, but they come to work for their check!Honestly can't complain about this location, food wise their equal to ALL the other Wingstop's in the area. Food is a hit or miss.. online orders are another war.. but the staff is top tier compared to other locations...

Placed my online order at 10:30 am for a pick up at 12pm get there and was asked if I was picking up and the staff just continued to work after waiting about 15 minutes I said I placed my order at 10:30am for a 12pm pick up my food was just sitting there getting cold so I get it and go. My food was cold and my cheese fries were not cheese fries the had a skinny line of cheese on it. Very disappointed since I paid extra for lack of cheese. Not worthy of even 1 star.

Placed my order at 10:30 for a 12:00pm pick up waited 15 minutes in the waiting area finally said something get to eat my food and it was cold ordered cheese fries got hardly any cheese . Not happy with the fact I was charged extra for cheese and got hardly anything. And my damn food was cold!!!!

This place is a joke. They don’t give you the option to pay cash at the store and when you try to order online they don’t take online orders if it’s over $30 which our order was $32 because of tax and any food involving 2 people will be over $30. They also NEVER have your food correct so, I’d rather drive to another location ✌?

I was cussed out by a door dash driver while I was waiting on my food as a paying costumer and the manager stood there and laughed while this lady cussed and called me every name in the book. And after getting my food home they forgot half my order. It was so bad and unsafe I wouldn’t even check my food when they handed it to me. Very sad place when ur order is over $75. And to top it off it was my son bday

The lady at the front took our eat in order 45 min prior to close . After sitting for 15 mins she came over to tell us that we won't be able to Eat then inside bc they close . She was rude and not accommodating they also did not wear gloves or hair nets while making out food .

This place was great! The chicken tenders were good, the lemon pepper flavoring was great, and the seasoned fries were amazing! Service was quick as well. This was my first time in a Wingstop and I will definitely return!

Never had issues with this WingStop. Always acknowledged when I come in and wait a reasonable amount of time to pick up food. Food has always been cooked well and an appropriate temperature. Love the fried corn.

Wings are good a little pricey and they charge to much for the dressing and they forgot to put in my order which I paid. Staff were not paying attention, they were in a hurry to leave the place.

If I could give this location a zero I would. We went in the evening. Only one other person was in there. Ordered and got our drinks, we did not order much either. Waited 30 minutes and watched them fulfill DoorDash and pickup orders that came in after our order. Also one of the workers ended up taking his break and making his own food before customers waiting. The location also just simply looked like it was ran to crap, bad management and no one should wait 30 minutes for "fast food" during a very very slow time. Super disappointed in the way this was run.
