Parking: About 6 spots to park, plenty of surrounding streets to park on as well
Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream, they have plenty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is ground level, plenty of space for wheelchair's and the order windows are about hip height( I am 5'7"), nobody should have an issue ordering or having enough space to enjoy their order if they decide to stay and eat.
