I was excited to visit because others rave about the lasagna. It arrived as a HUGE serving. It was very cheesy and served very hot. It was good enough though not nearly among the best lasagna I've ever had. The atmosphere was very plain, simple and unremarkable. The service was adequate though nothing remarkable.

I have never been unhappy with anything that I have ordered. Their food is great. I always order delivery because I'm handicapped, and the food is hot and delicious when it's delivered.

You really should post when you’re not open with google being closed when you’re suppose to be open is a huge inconvenience when someone drives out of their way to try!

I saw their picture of the lasagna the week before Father's Day and when my daughter asked what I wanted to do for that day, I said I couldn't wait to go there for the lasagna that I saw. We went there the night before (6/15/24) to beat the crowds. I ordered the lasagna and my daughter ordered the chicken strips. Those were very good. Instead of the beautiful lasagna in their picture, which is on a glass plate, I got a frozen TV dinner in an aluminum pan. How do I know it was frozen you ask? Because the edges of my "dinner" was scalding hot with just sauce and cheese. Trying to find a noodle, I went to the middle only to find what I think was the noodles that you don't have to boil first, and they were cold. They were hard and tasted like paste. Absolutely nothing like the picture. I didn't say a word to my daughter because we waited all week for me to get this and we drove 45 minutes one way to get there. I tried calling several times afterwords and their phone service is horrible, like others have said. As a side note, a husband and wife behind us ordered the jumbo shrimp as an appetizer while they waited for their pizza. They ate it and boxed up 3 pcs to take home, which they did. Their pizza came, they each had one piece, left the entire pizza on the table and left. Don't know what that was all about. They need to take the picture of the delicious-looking, authentic lasagna off their website and put the true picture on there. It is definitely NOT homemade and it is disgusting. The two girls that waited tables were pleasant and hard working. Never again.....
