We order regularly. The order is always fast, correct, consistent and good. Staff is always friendly and communicates well. We used the drive up window for convenience.

We had a big family group of 12. It was the perfect place to eat dinner. The staff was attentive, food came out quickly and everything tasted great!!! And the kids loved the kids corner items with books and coloring!

I hope people read these reviews. This particular store should be shut down. Service was awful, food was cold and I waited an additional 35 minutes after arriving for my pickup after the 30 minutes estimated completion. Contacted pizza hut...ignored by the store.

I will never order from pizza hut again. They need to have more delivery drivers. There is no reason to pay a $5 delivery fee when I live in the same town as the pizza place.
I hate for the store to take the hit because of something the store has no control of, but couldn't find how to on official site. I placed my order for a big box and some of the cinnamon rolls. For some reason it didn't put the big box in the cart, so I went through the process again and it was in the cart. Went to cart and it showed everything I ordered. Put in my card info and pressed pay and receipt was just showing the cinnamon rolls. Go to call the store and ended up getting the call center. I start to explain that I'm not sure what's going on with the website, and immediately put on hold. Five minutes later it was just silence. Not even the hold music. I hang up and call again, get hold music for a couple minutes the silence again. I wasn't yelling at the person on the other end or anything rude. Yeah im naturally a loud on the phone, but thats it I just wanted to try and get the pizza ordered whether it was attached to my online order or on a separate ticket. That was it.
I'm never got the name of who I dealt with at the store but, she was awesome. I was there about 715pm October 11th 2024 and if it wasn't for her friendly smile at the first glance, I would've been walking with a refund on the online order that was in the warmer and getting dinner elsewhere. I was able to calmly explain the problem, she was quick to get it entered and started for me. She was very apologetic about the problem but kept it friendly. Yeah, I wish a lil compensation for the trouble, but I was quite hungry and just wanted everything I tried to order online.
My mom on the other hand was different. Placed her order online, went to pay and nothing was there. She ended up ordering food elsewhere, so business lost there because of online ordering issues.
I am currently unsure of if we'll be ordering from pizza hut again because of this situation. Customer service center definitely needs attention, as well as the online ordering issue. On Friday's I just wanna order, get it and go since it's later than normal. This experience definitely was not that.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever really rude staff and doesn’t have manners. Don’t go here was asking to use the restroom and staff decided to be rude about using the restroom telling customer to go use the gas station bathroom. I am 3 months pregnant and this was the first thing I saw but staff respond was really rude.

What a disaster! Yelling and dropping of pans everywhere. We were ignored for 5 minutes at counter and then were not given our drinks for 20. Manager yelled at everyone including customers (us) and didnt see anything wrong about it. We orignally ordered dine in but they boxed it up and yelled our name so we decided to just leave after all. Disasterous!

I don't know how this was even possible. My daughter bit into her stuffed crust and found this baked in FLY. Someone had to intentionally leave a fly there. You can't miss a large black fly against white mozzarella and pizza dough. I've never looked inside the stuffed crust while eating so continue to eat their stuffed crust at your own risk. There is no way to know how often this happens. Never ordering stuffed crust again.
