Classic old school Pizza Hut feel like it's one of the few classic pizza places that you can still dine in without having to go to a expensive full price pizza restaurant

My pizza was supposed to arrive at 6:19pm. It's 7:19pm now, and still no pizza. The order still says out for delivery, and the store WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. My house is 12 minutes away from the store. If this gets rectified, I'll change my rating.
Update: 8:00pm now. Still no pizza, still no answer.
Update 2: 8:30pm. No pizza, no answer.
Update 3: 9:00pm. Still no pizza, and they still won't answer the phone. I was promised that a manager would call back from the guy at corporate at 8:30, and have heard nothing back. At this point, I would give negative stars if I could.
Update: 9:30PM and now they're claiming I never placed an order. Well, HERE ARE SCREEN SHOTS. STILL NO PIZZA, AND STILL WON'T ANSWER PHONE.

Absolutely horrible, ordered on the app picked up the pizza from the store got home with it and its garbage, it looked cold, old, felt off and had zero flavor.. I took one bite and tried calling the store and got forwarded to a pizzahut in Texas which was zero help and they were VERY rude i took it back to the store for a refund.. pizzahut has gone down hill I drive out of my way for this specific pizzahut, I will no longer be giving pizzahut my business after all this. I do not recommend this pizzahut at all, go somewhere else trust me!

Terrible terrible terrible, this place is goin down hill fast, pizza was disgusting tried to call to have it fixed to get put on the automated network and connected to a Pizza Hut in Texas when I’m in Illinois, No direct phone number to your local the Pizza Hut anymore it’s all Automated! Garbage very sad an disappointed Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorites!

I don't know who the new general manager is but this place is worse than it ever has been. Place an online order for pickup. App says it's ready. Go through the drive-thru window pay and be told to pull over to a parking spot they'll bring it out when it's ready. There's four other cars sitting here waiting for pizza. My order is now saying it's been ready for 10 minutes and I'm still sitting out here waiting on a pizza. They seem to be very understaffed and not very pleasant actually. Whoever it is it works the window every single time I come here looks like she just got out of bed and has a bad attitude. But yet tries to push a tip on you for picking up your own pizza lol what a joke guess I'll be driving into Moline to get my pizza from now on

Walked in and the place was empty. 6 of 8 booths were dirty. Some were filthy, table and floor. Of the 8 tables, 2 were dirty. The flies were horrible. I killed 5 or 6 and was still getting so many flies I had to take my pizza and leave. A mother and child came in and they walked around trying to find a clean place to sit. The lady at the counter was very nice and the pizza was good. But, I won't ever be back. If the customer area is this dirty what's going on where I can't see.

Haven’t ate inside a Pizza Hut in 20 years. My son and I ate here and it not only has great service, but it’s the best Pizza Hut pizza I have had in 20 years as well!!! Props to the Colona crew!!!

We order regularly. The order is always fast, correct, consistent and good. Staff is always friendly and communicates well. We used the drive up window for convenience.
We had a big family group of 12. It was the perfect place to eat dinner. The staff was attentive, food came out quickly and everything tasted great!!! And the kids loved the kids corner items with books and coloring!

I hope people read these reviews. This particular store should be shut down. Service was awful, food was cold and I waited an additional 35 minutes after arriving for my pickup after the 30 minutes estimated completion. Contacted pizza hut...ignored by the store.
