Do you like to waste your money and ruin your dinner and ruin the family time you have with your children: If you like managers that lie to their customers stand there and mock them while they're in the store, Taco pizzas that are supposed to be in beef 50% covered in refried beans, you want your hard-earned US dollars to this be tossed on the ground, I suggest Pizza Hut Colona!

When a pizza restaurant doesn't have the toppings to make a pizza Taco. Something is wrong. Then I call back with another different pizza order they take my order then put me on hold and someone else comes to phone and has no idea about my order. And they say the person who answered and took my order was they're answering service. C'mon we are done with Pizza Hut to bad 45yr customer bye bye.

I paid $22 for a stuffed crust pepperoni, after being told a 1 topping pizza was $11.99. The sale didn't include stuffed crust and I wasn't told until after I placed the oreder and paying $5 for delivery and tipping $8 to the driver. Overall after asking what their specials were, I payed $60 for (2) 1 topping pizzas and 8 wings,absolutely ridiculous. I had no idea it cost pizza hut $10 to put string cheese in their crust,plus the lady said 30 minutes for delivery and it was closerto an hour. Won't be ordering from here again. Waste of money for some cheap quality pizza. Outrageous and disappointing.

I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms. When the Pizza Hut staff handed me the order (carry out), they informed me that they were not happy with the pizza and asked me to wait for them to make another one. The problem seemed to be that there was a normal amount of mushrooms and not the extra I had paid for. I had not even seen the pizza at this time. I agreed to wait and they whipped out a new one with the appropriate amount of mushrooms. The attendant gave me the first pizza as compensation for the wait time. Overall it was a great experience; not only because I received an extra pizza, but mainly because the attendant took ownership of the mishap. Thank you Pizza Hut for caring for your customers!
