Google Maps stated that this location closes at 11:00 p.m. during the week and 1:00 a.m. on weekends, so we drove a long way expecting them to be open. We arrived around 9:15 p.m., but as soon as we walked in, the employee immediately and very rudely said, “We’re closed.”

I explained that we had driven quite a distance because the posted hours indicated they should still be open, but she completely disregarded what I said and continued to be dismissive and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to try the food because of the experience. The employee’s attitude left such a negative impression that I have no desire to return.

I was there today and my experience was horrible. They had people waiting for a simple sandwich. When I got home and looked in my bag, I got no mild sauce that I paid extra for, no gyro sauce that I paid extra for, and no utensils. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else for dinner.

They have the worst customer service. Too bad because they have pretty decent food. We called @ 1130pm, they said they're not taking orders over the phone & they close at 12, i told her ok, I'll be there in 10min (She cudda just said dont come). We get there in under 10, she said, did you place an order over the phone? YOU DIDN'T LET US lol. The hours online say they close @1am but on their door it says 2 (fri./sat) but it really was her horrible attitude. Chill, you're going home. Lmao

Gonna give 1 star because you can’t say something is Philly but not have any of the cheese they use, the bread or anything. At minimum get some white American cheese.

They close when ever they boss say they closed. Called at 7:30 to see what time they closed, online it says 10 called back at 8:30 to order (because I’m traveling into town and I’m craving it ) and I was told “we close whenever they boss say they closed”.

Sometimes the food is just like the pictures on the wall and taste good. Other times its a flop. Basically hit and miss. Check your food before you leave the window.

Disappointing First Stop Back in My Home State

The service here was shockingly bad. The cashier who took our order seemed more interested in proving she was right than providing good customer service. My receipt showed I ordered two of the same item, yet we received two different ones. When I politely pointed it out, she became defensive and said she “can’t read a kid’s mind” — even though I explained that my 11-year-old nephew doesn’t eat red meat and wanted chicken, not steak.

Instead of offering a simple fix — like replacing the untouched sandwich or offering a small discount — she chose sarcasm and attitude, even suggesting we “maybe don’t order here anymore if you want us to read minds.”

As someone who travels often and supports local businesses everywhere I go, it’s sad to see such poor service. Mistakes happen — what matters is how they’re handled. A little empathy or compromise goes a long way, especially when a visitor is trying to enjoy their first meal back home.

For an $18 kids’ meal, I didn’t expect perfection — just a bit of decency and professionalism.
