I ordered food from this establishment yesterday 9-11/2025 & found mice droppings stuck in my bread! & when I went to let the worker know she was very rude about the situation and was not apologetic about the situation and had a attitude cause I was made about mice poop in my food!!!
Will never eat here again!!!

This was my first visit to Charlie’s cheesesteaks restaurant. Didn’t know what to order so I ordered a hoagie sandwich mixed with different lunch meats and a Philly steak and cheese. It was delicious. I ate half of one and half of the other. I will be back for more.

It’s Monday, May 12, 2025 and I went to Charley’s inside Walmart in Country Club Hills at 2:35pm. I was planning to place a large order for a meeting with 12 people. I walked in and the guy wearing glasses behind the counter just stared at me. He never said hello. He just stood there looking like a deer in headlights. Obviously my business was not needed or wanted so I left. Please improve your customer service. When someone enters your restaurant, say hello. It’s a basic courtesy.

I ordered the spicy lemon pepper, wings, and they gave me buffalo wings instead. And the wings are not fresh. They’re warmed over with a weird texture. All I got was six wing pieces, not full wings. And I had to pay $11
