I ordered 2 orders of egg rolls (philly steak & jerk chicken) to try them, and my daughter had the catfish dinner. I called in my order, and I had to call back to ask about sauces as I neglected to ask when ordering. I was informed they were just about to call me becasue they only had 2 jerk chicken egg rolls (a full order comes with 3) and wanted to know if I would be ok with having a Buffalo chicken egg roll as a substitute. I was super excited becaus that ment I could try 3 different flavors. These egg rolls were the best I've ever had... not greasy at all! The flavors OMG... I instantly started telling everyone to try them.... they were a hit all around... the sauces also... yummy (I apologize for forgetting the names)! My daughter informed me she did not care for the fish... she stated it tastes odd... I'm very picky about fish, so trying it was not an option for me. I would like to try their burgers later as I saw a review about them.... and definitely going back for them egg rolls! The inside is not very big ..... would be more appealing if they had seating added or bar tops... but it would probably be too cramped. They have a couple chairs up against the window, and that's it. It's very clean though and the phone exchange was very pleasant surprisingly because customer service is lacking in most of the restaurants in the area.Parking: Parking is not a problem as the lot is very large with people leaving often as most of the places in the strip don't require long term parking.

They should change the name from Charmz to Charred. The photo says it all. Burnt chicken & chicken tenders and the catfish was cook hard and half burnt. The only thing I’d go here for is their burgers.

I finally stopped at this location on 5/25/2023 to try a few things . The menu was easy to read and the young lady at frontWas so kind and warming. However the otherYoung lady who came back and say she new she didn't take order correct. Which wasn't nice in front of customers. However the jerk egg rolls was good and the bufflo egg rollsWas good . The chicken wings was amazing.I would come back again if in the neighborhood.

1st off let's start off how they have no cups for you to get any kinda water no matter how much money u spend I bought mostaccioli fried catfish fillet Neva got my garlic bread the fish was so damn dry and flavorless how you fuck up pre seasoned fish batter this pieces were so skinny the ends turned into chips the Mostaccioli was bogus the egg rolls were soggy the wings were decent at best the fries that came with those wings were soggy but had great potential the entire experience was horrible the place was hot asl no A/C staff complained about being at work on her off day I'll never come here again people don't kno good food fr this is worthy for animals fr they'd love this chum bucket ass food

Charms catered my husband’s birthday party and the food was delicious! We had egg rolls, the veggie and Philly cheesesteak were my favorites. Dirty rice, green beans, and baked chicken were all hits. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Tried Charmz kitchen last night on a whim, after a disappointing tasting with another establishment. I ordered the wings and j*** chicken egg rolls. Needless to say, it was absolutely delicious! So much so that I decided to book Charmz Kitchen for my organization’s Black History month luncheon. I was so excited and relieved to finally find a team that was friendly and verbiage on presentation. I’m looking forward to our upcoming event!

The chef is dirty I would not eat here , nasty hands & yucky teeth, & dirty clothes very unprofessional! & the restaurant had a weird oder, I walked in & had to walk right out ! They’re giving black owned businesses a bad look !
