My mom took us here for the first time. The bartender was our server and we waited 10 min to put our order in. The food came out cold. My mom had to ask for my sisters food be heated up meanwhile we didn’t wanna all complain so we just ate the cold sea food. Took another 15-20 min for my sister food to come out warm. My brother asked for sausages so he could put them on the grill. Took atleast 15 min to bring out cold raw sausages that are simply put on a plate for us to cook ourselves. We asked for refills never got them so my mom asked agin but by that time I started drinking my water so I didn’t want it anymore. The bill came and there was 15% gratuity on our bill for a table of 4. The menu never stated gratuity on tables unless it is party of 6 or more. We asked the host why was it put on there and she stated that all checks have automatic gratuity. The menu doesn’t state that and We felt like she put it on there on purpose because she felt like she was going to get under tipped for her mediocre service needless to say, we wont be back again!

Food was Cold! Slow Service waited 20 mins for waters and host only came to our table twice ( to take our order and drop off our food) we had to find her for the check

The food was amazing. We spent most of our time waiting on our server though. From the beginning she pretty much ignored us for over 30 minutes. Once she took our order we never really saw her again. We asked for ketchup and she never brought it until we asked again. My son never got his lemonade. We for sure didn't get refills on our other sodas. The adults also wanted a second drink but we didn't really get the chance to order any more. I think we would have walked out but it was my son's birthday and I didn't want to ruin his dinner. The whole experience was uncomfortable just sitting and waiting on our server. I loved the food but I'm not sure that I would come back if it was the same server

Service was mid. Wasn’t even crowded at all, but everything felt like a 15 minute wait. The seafood was literally bland and I got the spicy house blend. Won’t be coming back expensive and a waste of money. Save your money

So my experience was horrible
I ordered a seafood boil on the all you can eat menu and i asked for some extra sauce the sauce they gave i dipped my potato in and it tasted just like dish soap i then rinsed my mouth out with water and bubbles were literally in my mouth then the manager came over and she was so rude she asked me to leave the table because i couldn’t eat cuz it made my stomach hurt so bad that’s insane i will never come back to this place and i do not recommend it but i appreciate the bartender Nyia for being a very good host/bartender! Don’t go there if you want to be treated like an animal

⭐️ 0/5 if I could. This place had me fighting for my life after one plate. The manager literally looked me in my face and said, “We don’t clean shrimp.” So yeah… every shrimp came with a side of 💩. The crab legs were sitting in a kiddie pool of water, dripping like a broke ceiling. The eggs were green and yellow like Easter dye. And the hibachi? SOUR. Not spicy. Not seasoned. SOUR. Potatoes DRIER THAN THE desert 🌵 Then they have the NERVE to post signs saying “$15.99 per pound for wasted food.” Babe… the WHOLE restaurant is wasted food. Charge yourselves. Save your coins. Unless you enjoy diarrhea with a coupon.

Food is salty crablegs are small crablegs salty corn was nice it is a expensive experience was not impressed I ordered Wings never got did not remind the waitress by that point it wasn't worth it they forgot to put the eggs in my Seafood boil plate. had to wait for that was not impressed with the flavors I've had better Seafood boils elsewhere
