First time at this location and I have to say that the food was amazing. Clean oil, great portion. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite and respectful. The catfish fillet and the chicken tenders were a 10 out of 10.

I love this location! The fish is fresh and delicious. The staff is polite and your food is cooked exactly as requested. I've obtained my food in person and via Uber Eats and this site does an excellent job.

Got a chicken and catfish combo was delicious except the steak catfish were small

they have excellent deals and all of their food is good especially the fish and chicken, and descent customer service.

Do not repeat do not go here very bad customer service i call to place a order on my break at work he told me 15 minutes I gave them 20 minutes for me to get there to be told I gave your wings away to a nother customer that very poor business if you wont great customer service go to jj on 183 and Kedzie across from Jewel-Osco repeat don't go here fr fr

I ordered cat filet and wings. The fish and chicken tasted like it was air fried not deep fried. There was no seasoning, not even salt. Tasted very bland.

This is the only J&J I will go to. The customer service is top tier. I believe it is the owner that works the register. She's very friendly. She makes you feel like family. The restaurant is extremely clean all the time. The food is excellent. You can tell the grease is cleaned frequently. Fish and chicken always taste fresh and cooked to perfection. I'm so glad that they opened in CCH.
