Kingston Jerk Chicken

1st time there today menu no prices no paper with prices ask for the price of a 1/2 of a chicken dinner $25 ridiculous. Cashier talks on the phone while she's waiting on customers you don't know who she's talking to you or her friend on the phone. Lobby messy. Walked right out will not be back!

The lady who took my order definitely need to be trained on better customer service skills. The food was nasty. I won’t be going there ever again

So if you want to know why business in our community don't do well, you need to up your customers service! How do you up the prices, duct tape out all old pricing, don't print out new brochures with new pricing so I can see what I am paying for, then just tell me the pricing is in the register! Please get it together yall! I'm trying but that's ridiculous!

Ox tails are very good not over cooked

This is not Kingston. They think salt is a spice and don't have good food anymore.

Staff were friendly, food was good.

We have visited this place several times and the food is good. Can’t go wrong. The wife likes the oxtails and I prefer the j*** catfish but have tried the j*** chicken as well. Only complaint is they have j*** steak on the menu for Sundays and every Sunday we ask for it they say we don’t have it. My suggestion is if you are not going to carry it just take it off the menu and people won’t ask for it. I’m sure it takes someone 10 minutes to update your website. The wait is usually 30 to 40 minutes for your food so I suggest you call ahead to order unless you don’t mind sitting in your car and waiting. Also their website says online ordering but when you click it it says unavailable? Again just update your website or fix your online ordering.

The customer service is consistently fast, good vibes, friendly staff. Will visit again when I am in town.

Ordered shrimp fried and was given jerked that was so salty it was inedible! Very disappointed

Kingston location has changed to 3175 175th st in hazel crest in the strip near the flavors and that liquor store . I just had some and omg same owners but they have more options and their side are even more bomb. Portion sizes are great, and oh don’t forget to try their j*** bbq ???? I want more already

This place clearly knows how to treat their customers. Always with a friendly attitude. The food is conveniently priced, regularly yummy and neat.

The food and service were above our expectations. I really enjoyed the vibes of this place. First-rate place to take the family out for dinner.

Awesome food, super friendly employees, regularly fantastic atmosphere. They charge fair prices and the food quality is fantastic. I recommend this place.
