Employees behavior is so bad when i order frape i tell them can u please blend well and they told me pull over and i wait there and in just 2 min they bring me same one they didn’t remake and then i say again please remake or refund me and i wait 7-8 min nobody come back and i go back in drive thru and then they give me again same old one and they take my recipe back time was at 4:37 and 4:39 bcz i place 2 separate orders and that frape didn’t make it again

I went and ordered a 20 piece. Got to to the drive thru window and paid. Get to the regular window and the lady with a blue shirt asks me if I had a 40 piece nugget. I said no, I have a 20 piece. She then says “well you paid for 40”, flicks the bag into my hand, and slams the window. Here’s the thing. I don’t care that I paid for 40 and I wasn’t going to ask for a refund. I just think that it is extremely rude and unprofessional to treat your customers that way, especially when unprovoked. If you want to avoid situations like this, there is another McDonald’s about 3 miles away that treats customers with respect. Absolutely pathetic.

It's crazy to me that Google states that this location opens at 5 a.m. When clearly it opens WHENEVER the associates FEEL like starting McDonald's day. A business of which they DO NOT OWN. I know times are hard, but maybe you guys can hire some REAL responsible ADULTS that are ready to START McDonald's day and not their PERSONAL day. Get some morning people that ENJOY the start of a fresh day. I work near by & would like to start my day off with a coffee and sandwich, but how can I do that when these doors at this location on 167th off Pulaski opens when the DRAINED, TIRED staff wakes up....SMH

Food was fresh and hot! The lady with the fresh braids was extremely refreshing & is exactly what you expect from good service. The young man collecting money need to put on a jacket and zip it up. Nobody but you need to know you had a good time last night. He was dry and ready to go home lmao
I placed a mobile order and when I got there they yelled at me and were very unprofessional saying they closed at 11 of that was the case it works have let me order over all worst experience ever

Anytime I go here everything is literally amazing. We dined at the bar yesterday because it was a more than 2 hour wait. The best choice we could've made. The bartender was so nice and had top notch customer service. If I don't have reservations, I'll be more than happy to dine at the bar.

Super friendly staff from the person who took our order and said have a great day and get the order exactly right the first time with all the special requests we have to the person who delivered our food and double check the request before handing us our food and wish us a happy Easter. Best McDonald’s experience ever. Ice cream cold and firm - great!
