Good experience for me..... Had gumbo.... Loaded mashed potato..... Shrimp and grits. It was soul food like I like it.... Flavorful.... Full-bodied..... Real ingredients..... None of that light fluffy stuff... Dining room clean and quaint.... All that was missing was alcoholic beverage..... They gave up license during pandemic..... If you're around the country Club hills area check out Nina's
Man man man when I tell you that gumbo and gumboalya made me my dispatch to find me more loads that go up to that way, and I'm From little Rock but I got family in baton rouge so I'm always eating good but Nina's make you stand in front of the store like Jordan's just dropped, super good food!!!
The customer service was great! My food was good, but missing a little seasoning for me. I was hoping for more Cajun flavor. I'm looking forward to visiting again. Also, I don't know how I feel about packaged cornbread.
