Very helpful staff and they keep my favorite things in stock. Thank you all !
Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
Ran in for some vitamins and received the best of service from everyone i had the pleasure to interact . Of course they had a wide selection of vitamins and I picked up some speciality frozen food items that I had not seen any where else in such a wide selection. This is a great place to shop
This is my favorite spot to shop as they have almost everything I need. I also really appreciate Pennie, she is great!!! Welcome and friendly and always is in a great mood. This just makes this place all the more wonderful! The other employee is I don't know their names...I also appreciate them as they have been there for a while and are very helpful.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Sunrise location.
While checking out, I asked the cashier, Jeanette, for clarification about a protein supplement sale sign (whether it was 30% off individually or required multiple items). She was unable to answer and repeatedly hesitated without offering assistance. I respectfully asked if she could walk with me to verify the sign. After doing so, she stated she still did not know and did not proactively seek assistance.
I then requested that a manager be called. Instead of ensuring my transaction was completed properly, Jeanette closed her register and walked away, leaving my bagged items including frozen products sitting behind the counter. She did not return to follow through or communicate next steps.
Another cashier had to redirect me to locate assistance myself, which required me to walk around the store to find someone who could answer a simple sales question. By the time I returned, there was a long line and my items were still sitting unattended.
I later called and spoke with Manager Sheila. While she apologized, I felt the situation was minimized and excuses were made rather than accountability taken. My concern is not just the confusion about the sale, but the lack of follow-through and basic customer service standards.
I shop at this location weekly and spend a significant amount of money here. This experience was extremely disappointing and has made me reconsider continuing to patronize this store.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for staff training and improvement
Much more than just vitimins. Helpful staff, good selections of vitamins, supplements, hair and body care, great smoothies, fresh fruit and vegies. Easy to find items.
Love this place! I’ve been coming here for years for the fresh selections and healthy variety of things they have. Each time I go, I’m leaving with a freshly made smoothie. 10/10 recommended
Everything you need to be healthy
My go-to for supplements
Great service! Knowledgeable staff

Biggest most extensive selection, beautiful, clean facility. Country Club Hills location is a huge improvement over traditional health food stores. Worth the drive.
I think this will be one of my favorite spots.the prices are great for the herbs and teas.i want to buy everything i see cause it’s all healthy. I want to partner with them.
I went to the store today 5/25/2025 asked for a sales paper. All 3 registers clerks said they had none. Then I saw a young man removing the sale sign off the Knudsen Concord grape juice that I wanted to buy. I asked if the sale ended today. He said yeah. Then he corrected himself by saying it ends on Tuesday. (So why remove it on Sunday if the sale supposedly ends on Tuesday?) I told him I’m assuming it going to ring up for $5.79 today he said yes. I feel he’s only doing what management has told him to do. Is this done to keep customers in the dark about what’s on sale? This is not the first time I’ve seen this happen throughout the store. You know something is suppose to be on sale, but no longer is when you get to the register to buy it. If you don’t have the sales paper you can’t verify right? Even when you go online the sale’s ad would not open up. To me this is foolery trickery, and very deceptive. I love Sunrise and I want to support my neighborhood businesses. But these type of bad business practices are unacceptable. If anyone has experienced this I hope you write a review and let the manager know.
4/19/25- I went in for a few items. Ms. Franchika ( I hope I spelled her name correctly)answered all my questions. She is a wonderful person. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
