A week ago, came here to order people were rude, place was dirty, no soda, u better do something quick , or u will in the un employment line, what happened to this place. Absolutely in acceptable, pissed customer, and don’t reply to me, cause I won’t b back, get ur act together.

Very rude people when I arrive to the window a guy with a beard was scratching his croch then the other guy I ask why the price is different from the menu well I pay almost 50 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken and mash potatoes they need to learn how to treat costumers the kid make me angry with he's attitude but I keep calm anyway thanks

This Sign doesn’t looks that attractive to the business especially being on Lagrange Rd Time to fix it looks like ur in the west side of Chicago 😳 No specials on the board neither

Best Popeyes location I've ever been to! Their biscuits are to die for specially when fresh! Great service and friendly staff. 5 Stars every time!
EDITED: LOCATION MUST HAVE GOTTEN SOLD. IT'S VERY DIRTY IN THE DINING AREA AND RESTROOMS. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. THE CHICKEN WAS FULL OF VAINS AND CLOTS. THE BREADING IS SO DARK LIKE IT WAS FRIED IN MOTOR OIL. DISGUSTING. This used to be the cleanest location in Illinois.

There were no other customers in the building but every single table was dirty. The owner and her mother were both sitting separately, chatting away on their cell phones, oblivious. I ate in my car. The grease was rancid. Would’ve been better off eating nothing.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to in my entire life!!!

Fries were old and hard. The chicken was cold and soggy. Never again....

30 -40 minute wait to get a few pieces of fried chicken. Left and went elsewhere. Love their crispy chicken but didn't wait for thier poor planning.

They suck here. Avoid this location at ALL costs. They always have the orders incorrect. My fiance bit into a raw chicken wing last night. This is unacceptable.
The staff always got an attitude as well. If they don’t like their job they need to find some place else or learn about customer service.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

I dont know if under new management but the place was not very clean looking, the people were scream at each other and looked just pissed to be there and serve me. the drink machines were empty ect. did not feel comfortable being there. I have been going there since it first opened and it was nothing like it was at all. I do not think i will be back .

Just ordered 8 piece chicken tender meal. Half of the tenders were undercooked. Very unappetizing... 👎🏻

The drive thru here sucks. Avoid this location for drive thru service. They even had me pull forward and made me wait even longer. 40 minutes at this place just to wait on my food. Go somewhere else for drive thru not this place.
