The drive thru here sucks. Avoid this location for drive thru service. They even had me pull forward and made me wait even longer. 40 minutes at this place just to wait on my food. Go somewhere else for drive thru not this place.

Came to this location and they have new staff, I ordered the sweet and spicy 12 wing deal and an extra 6 piece bbq wings, they parked me and said they would bring the food out to me , waited about 15 minutes and nothing I decided to reverse back to the window and a staff worker saw me and smirks and another 5 minutes wait I finally got my order and the guy gave me an upset thank you, got home and I must agree with other reviews, straight trash, service is awful and the wings definitely don't look like the advertisement. I am never coming here again. Sorry for this long review. 09/05/25 time was 5:45pm

Trash at very best. Sauce has a gritty taste. Chicken is cold. It’s been years since I’ve been to Popeyes. Thought I’d give it a try boy was I wrong. Absolute waste of money.

UPDATE 8/30/25
Went back today to return the food from yesterday at 1:17 in the afternoon only to still get cold chicken. Beans and rice with not a SINGLE bean in it. Basically rice and gravy. Just avoid this place at all cost. 🚮🗑️🚮🗑️

Seems like there is a new manager. This manager is rude and lacks mannerism to these young employees and leaves snarky rude comments to employees and when a customer complains. This manager is always seen sitting down staring at other employees rush & struggle. Ever since this new management team came the food is always cold, hard, undercooked and constant missing items (drive-thru AND in store). Garbage is always full and I pointed out the garbage was full and manager in grey shirt did nothing about it but say “ theirs trash on the side fountain”. This is my go-to place after work but it has changed. Very messy environment storage of extras is thrown under a lot of different places.

Been coming to this Popeyes for 20 years, it used to be one of the best around town! Clean, well organized and the food was always fresh I was here yesterday and the place is a mess one of the pieces of chicken breast tasted like it was reheated or something in the kitchen some of the sandwich buns were just piled up in the back the soda fountain forget about it! After the new management came in a lots of things changed and not for the best I can say.

Worst customer service we every had! We've ordered through the app several times and every time we get there we have to wait 20 minutes for our food. They have no chicken ready. Then we decided to go in there to avoid the wait and we try to use the coupon on the app and they won't let us use it. The manager is so ignorant and no regard for their customers. Even after we expressed our issues the manager does nothing to alleviate any of our frustrations! We will never go there again!!!
