Awful. One of the servers verbally harassed me. I had to use the restroom and the women's restroom line was ridiculously long and I couldn't wait. I asked to use the men's restroom and was told I would be fine. I go in to use it and a male server came in and started verbally berating me about being in the men's restroom even though it was an emergency, and was even throwing around expletives like you wouldn't believe. Absolutely unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Discrimination against individuals with disabilities is not just morally wrong; it is a violation of fundamental human rights. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their abilities.
When businesses refuse service or access to people with disabilities, they perpetuate a culture of exclusion that harms not only those individuals but society as a whole. People with disabilities often face numerous challenges, and denying them equal access to services, spaces, and opportunities only adds to their struggles.
By fostering an inclusive environment, we not only comply with legal obligations but also enrich our communities. Embracing diversity allows us to learn from each other and promotes understanding and empathy.
It is imperative for businesses to educate themselves about the laws protecting individuals with disabilities, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and to create welcoming spaces for everyone. Discrimination has no place in our society, and we must stand together to advocate for equal rights.
I had a very disappointing experience at Gusto's Bar on August 18, 2024. As a person with a disability, I was refused entry by the bar owner and his wife because of my registered service dog. This was not only disheartening but also discriminatory. They falsely represented Illinois state and federal laws regarding the rights of individuals with disabilities and their service animals. It is unacceptable for a business to disregard the law and treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I hope they reconsider their policies and educate themselves about the rights of people with disabilities.

If you’re under the age of 30, don’t come here. Bartender wasn’t even there when we walked in, service is absolute garbage, the people there are always rude to you. This is not my first time here but I believe in second chances, they don’t even deserve 1 ?

Great burger, great drink. I'm pretty sure it's the best burger I've ever had out and I've had a lot of burgers. The flat Burger double Patty was cooked perfect. The drink was poured well. The place needs more tables. I sat at the bar and was treated very pleasantly. It's a local neighborhood tavern and everyone was nice and enjoying themselves but the burger stands out. The meat was from Mitchell's butcher shop which is amazing by itself.

We were in town visiting my mom and wanted a place to play pool. Didn't know what to expect when we pulled into the parking lot. So glad we went it. It was clean, great food, bartender super friendly.Great place to unwind, eat and play some pool and darts.
