Speechless, placed an online order as usual ( frequently dine here), pick up time was 5:17 PM. Received a call that they were out of mushrooms, I opted to swap tomatoes, oops out of those too. Out of mushrooms, tomatoes & sausage….a pizza restaurant on a Sunday???? Inventory control???? Agreed to what ingredients they had. I would be credited for unavailable ingredients. Arrived at 5:18, pizza is in the oven, 20 minutes went by an employee asked if he could help, went to check, stated it would be right out. 22 minutes more, no pizza 42 minutes past quoted pick up time. Pizza finally comes out. Each ingredient on line was $2.49, I was credited $2.14. I called upset about the 40+ minute wait after promised pick up time. I had the displeasure of dealing with Michelle. Michelle stated that a stuffed pizza takes 45 minutes ( that must be after quoted pick up time)!!!! She then disconnected the call ( hung up) ????? I called back, no apology, didn’t listen to a word that was said as you can’t when you are talking over a customer. ( friendly/helpful.. not) I requested my pizza be comped or some type of credit be issued for the inconvenience, Michelle stated I would not be getting a free pizza because they were out of mushrooms….way to listen to the customer Michelle???? Call went silent. Called back and I requested to speak to the manager ( must not be one on staff considering all of the issues) .I stated that she disconnected the call again. She talked over me again and said the manager was crediting the pizza back to my card. I stated we would NEVER eat here again. Over an hour has gone by and there is still no credit??? Imagine that. A month ago I ordered lasagna, they gave me cold noodles, no filling, no cheese with pizza sauce thrown over the top. Must of been out of all those ingredients as well?!! I chalked it up to an off night and let it go. In light of what happened tonight, unless you don’t want your basic ordered ingredients and have an additional 45 minutes after promised time to wait, don’t bother ordering from here. Michelle will probably be named employee of the month as no one in charge appeared to be on the floor or aware of what is going on ( mgr. must of been doing inventory)???!!! I neglected to mention that there was 2 customers in the restaurant at the time. What a shame as it used to be good pizza.

I ordered two pizzas because I had a friend from out of town. One double dough, one thin crust. Pepperoni and jalapeño on his thin. I ordered a double dough with the same ingredients on half and the other half, sausage pepperoni, mushrooms and jalapeños. My friend doesn’t like sausage or mushrooms. 20 min later they gave us one pizza, it was the thin crust but it was done with the split ingredients. Turns out they didn’t ring us up for two pizzas. So we mad a compromise to not trash the messed up pizza but to just order the pizza he wanted on the double dough. I settled to eat the thin. The second pizza comes out 30 min later with sausage and jalapeños. This was never an order and now my friend didn’t get to eat because he never got the pizza he wanted. When we brought it up to them the people at the counter she asked how it was and I explained it was wrong again she started to argue with me and stated she repeated the order back to us. My friend and I both know what I said and she never repeated the order back to us. We were hungry and knew what we wanted. They were flustered and made the same mistake twice. The instant argument and never offering a refund is what makes me leave this review. Horrible customer service and the order’s were simple and minimal ingredients. Im highly disappointed with the entire experience. They didn’t offer a refund or anything so we gave the pizza to some homeless people we saw at an intersection so it wouldn’t go to waste. This place is horribly staffed and ethics of business and customer service are atrocious.

Ordered spaghetti, garlic bread, parm cheese, and meatballs. The girl who took order repeated my order after each of my requests. She sounded like she was concentrating trying to find the items on her register so I repeated my order to make sure she got everything. I paid the delivery person 5$. I didn't get my garlic bread or cheese and when I called about it the guy said it would take another hour to get it to me or he could give me a credit for the bread. Yes, I want what I ordered. I'm sorry. So I brought the order back for refund. They said I wasn't charged for garlic bread because I didn't order it. Well. That girl needs to be trained better. Or listen. She even said garlic bread. Oh boy!

We recently discovered Lucano's Pizza It is soooooo good. Their Sausage pizza is what we order and they do not skimp on the sausage. The crust is crispy and the sauce is excellent!

We order from this location at least 3 times a month. The orders are always correct and come quickly. We enjoy the lunch specials as well as the pizza and burgers! I recently ordered the steak Caesar salad and it was fantastic! We have dined inside as well. It’s fun for the kids as they have games for them to play. We will definitely continue to order from this location!
