Very good food. I had no idea there was a browns chicken in crest hill. I recommend. They are good to have for holidays. I used browns catering for Christmas one year. Has a drive thru too

Hey guys, you're not going to believe me but yesterday, which was Saturday, I bought a chicken here in the afternoon, it's incredible, the chicken was refrigerated, it was frozen, the truth is, I was cold and the chicken was still cold, wow, I won't buy more chicken here.

Food is delicious as always, my only comment because it’s not a complaint is I believe the biscuit/bread given with meal has changed, it used to be more like a buttery biscuit or kind of a cornbread and it was so delicious.. and now its a dry biscuit. Really with no flavor. I used to enjoy the biscuit and now I throw it away, which is a shame. I wish you would go back to how it was made before and if that can be done, I’ll give five stars next time.
It was approximately 3 pm. Ordered a two piece white. The chicken was old chicken. They are serving day old chicken for fresh. You can tell that it was just re-headed. This seems to be an issue with this Brown's and the other one in Joliet off Larkin. I wonder if it's the same

Chicken was extremely dry, and the outside coating was burnt. Items were missing from my order. Side dish portions were very small. DEFINITELY not worth the money. Will never go back.

Well the good news is that it is a very clean place. Bad news is the food is horrible. Three piece meal of two breasts and a wing but doesn't come with a biscuit. I should have seen that as a blessing. The one breast was fresh and good but the other one likely sat for a couple days. Would have made Clark's turkey in Christmas Vacation look tender. The biscuit? It was brutal and I can't image how it got that way - it didn't even look like a biscuit. The carrots were inedible. No exaggeration. Can't eat fried chicken that often so it was a real disappointment. Will go to a better location next time. Disgusting !!!!!!
