Came in at 8pm to get my mobile order and first thing one of the workers said to me is if it was going to be a to go order. The person that handed me my order was really nice, as soon as I got my order the girl locked the doors behind me. I was planning to eat inside but I guess not because they already had the chairs up, very disappointing considering it says their dine in hours say otherwise.

They are completely incompetent here. We walked in and they’re giggling in the back not taking our order, the 3 people behind us or the people in the driveway. Once we got our order they were both completely wrong (same thing as the last time we came in) and when we told her she tried arguing with us about what we ordered. Then kept talking to the other girls giggling when we spoke to them. Extremely ignorant. Then after we got in the car we realized we payed extra for bacon on my burger and they still didn’t put bacon on it. So we went back in just for her to be like “you didn’t ask for bacon.” it’s almost comedic how this played out. Crest Hill burger king sucks!

i bought a chicken sandwich and it was disgusting the sandwich was so salty we had to throw it away it's a shame you spend your money for a good meal and have to throw it away. i will not be eating at the burger location in crest hill.
