Placed a delivery online and accidentally clicked a different meat option and called to see if there was any chance to switch it out and he/she said if I placed it online it’s already in the oven and i nicely said it’s okay and whoever was on the phone just hanged up. Overall rude customer service. Driver was super nice though.

I have been coming here a few years. Because of the manager during the day I spoke highly of her and to her boss how great she was. I went and ordered a pizza squar cut they messed it up at night. I called again at night and they gave me a new pizza. It was burnt dry and I asked for extra sauce and extra everything. Even though you pay for it they give you like 50 cents worth of ingredients. Barely anything. Barely any sauce it was dry. It was terrible. Not sure what's going on so I called again Saturday night after my pizza was so bad I Barely eat it. They gave me another pizza free. I went into the pizza place itself to place an order the guy must have been new. I said you may want a manager because they where the ones who gave me the free pizza for all the mistakes. The manager didnt have time. So I quit. I am deleting my account and going with real pizza. Im paying for big pieces any way. I will never by from you again.

Paid for food and drinks. Called store after waiting almost an hour. Drinks were delivered but no food. Called back and the manager had a serious attitude. Worst experience ever. Now I am out my food and have to order from somewhere else. No refund given for the missing food. I will never order anything from dominos again.

Ordered a pizza, 25 30min eta. Ended up waiting over an hour. When the driver shows up he thoroughly apologizes, notifies me they had some personnel issues and that the manager made a fresh pizza for me and threw in some lava cakes for my trouble. Fantastic customer service top to bottom

Ordered online for delivery. Was told the wait would be 40 - 50 minutes. At the one hour fifteen minute mark I called to find out where my food was. Received a prerecorded message stating my order was ready and waiting on a driver to pick it up. After another fifteen minutes, now a hour and a half had gone by I called back, spoke to an employee, and told them to just cancel my order. Two hours after placing my order a delivery driver shows up to my house and acts surprised when I told him to take it back to the store with him and that my order was canceled a half hour prior to his arrival

This is a late post. Don’t be fooled! Looks are deceiving from pictures. I think it was just the lighting on my phone where I was sitting at and the light from the table. One of the pizzas was parmesan stuffed crust, pepperoni and mushroom and the other was Parmesan,stuffed crust Pepperoni and spinach! It was so delicious. it was hot and fresh. Pizza was delivered by a young military vet. Thank him for his service. He was sweet and well mannered. He had such an empathetic heart. He said the customer before me was dealing with her children at the door and he was so compassionate to their mom and her children. They give you promos and you can use those and then you get points to redeem for free items. I’ve had two wonderful young drivers from this location so far.
