I have to always specify that my coffee is made fresh. It worked for a while but now my coffee is very watered down and it's gross. I cannot even drink a full cup now . So disappointed. My coffee hasn't tasted right for multiple weeks and I come here tuesday-friday. How many times can I complain or ask for a replacement ? I can't even return once I'm at work. Like seriously. And no , I don't want dunkin midnight. I usually prefer the original and have had Dunkin midnight in the past . And now I go order a Dunkin midnight because I can't stand the watery coffee, and I'm still given watery original coffee. Something is wrong at this location. I don't know if there is a new hire or what but this place is not making coffee correctly anymore

I went and ordered 6 shots of espresso, they tried to charge me for 6 separate ones instead of 2 3plle. Answer was that they are a private franchise and that they are making their employees overcharge the customer on purpose. I’ll rather go to Starbucks down the street instead of here, it’s not like they don’t have the competition in the neighborhood

I came here to order a hibiscus tea and the guy that was making the tea. Dropped one of the tea bags on the floor and still try to use it. He remade it and he was still doing questionable things with my drink. I ended up just throwing it away. Unacceptable

This used to be my favorite dunkin, recently the coffee has been watered down. Im not sure I'm even drinking coffee at this point, just milk and syrup. Disgusting. ! I will say the staff is always friendly

Though it closes a little bit earlier than other Dunkin’s I’ve never had a bad coffee here, they’re fast and the staff is polite. The one time anything was wrong they remade my drink with no problems and did it quickly. The only Dunkin I choose.

Cold foam is not the same as whipped cream. If I’m paying for cold foam, give me cold foam. Staff is ok, not super friendly. Donuts were a little stale.

This morning I was overcharged for my order.
When I ask for a refund , both cashiers could not do anything, just replied they would need their managers approval in order to issue refund.
This is simply ridiculous

If I could leave zero stars I would have. I have come to this place multiple times. They continuously charge me for pup cups. Literally every other Duncan does not on Weber road. They gave me 3/4 of a cup of ice when I asked for less ice in my coffee. Then I brought it up to them and they said they charge for less ice. No other Duncan charges for less ice for no ice in the iced coffee they do charge. This is ridiculous. Keep heading down Weber road for better Dunkins.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the order window, I was met with an unfriendly demeanor from the employee taking my order.

First impressions matter, and her body language screamed that she was not interested in being there. She seemed visibly angry as she took my order, scanned my app, and processed my payment. It was uncomfortable to say the least. What made it even more frustrating was her complete disregard for my questions—she simply ignored me, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

I attempted to express my gratitude after receiving our order, but once again, she wouldn’t make eye contact or offer a simple “you’re welcome.” It felt like any sense of courtesy was completely absent.

It’s clear that this employee either dislikes her job or could benefit from some retraining in customer service. A little kindness and engagement can go a long way in making customers feel valued. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome.

I hope management takes note of this behavior and addresses it. Customers should feel appreciated, not overlooked and disrespected. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Horrible service, the employee acted stupid and was very unpleasant had little to no manners. They will charge you for every little thing, I got a pup cup, they charged me a dollar for it, it was a litte small cup. When other dunkins don't charge and I get 3x the amount. I will never come here again.
