Found mold on bread after my daughter had already eaten some of hers.

Great service and I thought the prices were reasonable. The food was good but barely room temperature and I prefer food to be warm when eating. The brisket was a little fatty but it had great flavor and was super tender. Great Smoky flavor on the ribs. Will definitely go back but will probably get it to go so I can it warm up at home.

1st time visitor. I ordered the Brisket, with their sweet bbq sauce. Brisket was nice and tender, just the right amount of fat. Very tasty with the sweet bbq sauce. The placement on a piece of plain white bread was a little odd. The cornbread was good as well. A little bit of butter would have made it exceptional. I had the 3 cheese mac and cheese. Initial presentation looked like they forgot to mix it up. After mixing myself it was good but nothing special. The only disappointment was the pickles served were sweet rather than dill, but they were very tasty, just not my preference. Overall very good food. Will definitely come back when I travel to the area again.

Best bbq I've had in a long time. Sides were amazing...recommend trying fried pickles.

I ordered the two meat one side. The rib tips were so dried out a few were burnt. The wings had no seasoning and didn’t appear fully cooked.

My first and last visit. Very disappointed!

I gave Firewater one last chance.

I ordered brisket and rib tips and my wife ordered pulled pork and brisket.

The brisket was dry and crumbly with no bark. It was almost like a premade brisket you warm up from costco or something. Not worth an up charge.
I'm 90% sure i was given burnt ends and not ribtips. They where ok.

The mac and cheese was beyond bland and just weird.

The sealed bbq sauces we received had dried, crusty BBQ sauce on the outside of the containers which grossed us out.

The Cornbread just turned into dust when you picked it up. For this whole meal for two 2 meat 1 side meals we paid 45 dollars.

I remember when this place first opened and it was decent.

Great food, I was very impressed. The seating are back yard vibes with picnic tables and benches. Not my preference, but did not detract from the experience

Just giving everyone a heads up don't order the rib tips pass 7 or 8pm, the quality of selection drops significantly. I ordered the 12 piece rib tips and picked it up around 8, got home and noticed that every single piece was small and had a miniscule amount of meat on them and the ones that did have meat were extremely dry and tough. Out of the 12 I ordered only 2 of them were edible. So basically I just paid $20 for some fries and a 2 piece rib tip meal haha. This is the 2nd time this has happened, so I've learned my lesson now.
Honestly it's not hard for the worker who's taking your order to check the quality of meat prepared when you're ordering late in the night and inform the customer on if the selection quality is good or not. They could then direct you towards something else on the menu if what you want is low grade and not something they should serve, instead of giving someone low quality food. If it was me I'd check because there would be no way I'd let a customer leave with the low quality of food that I was given tonight.
It is what it is I guess , I've been coming here since it opened and the one thing I can say is that the food quality has degraded but the prices have upgraded

All the food is spectacular, stunning, a festival of flavors! But the service would be better if the girl with short hair, the skinny girl with glasses who hands you the trays were more smiling.

Mikey and Lexi made the experience a good one. The food is what made it a great experience. Will be coming back and if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Parking: Plenty of parking @ this time and the restaurant is moderately filled. 13-15 people. And probably 8+ more parking locations available.

Rib tips were good. Wish there was a spicier sauce option, but that's me. Hand cut fries good as well.
