No one answers the phone and their website has never worked for me. Lucanos used to be a great place but it's really fallen downhill over the last year, now I can't even place an order.

I ordered spaghetti and chicken . The spaghetti was bland uncooked and the chicken was the only thing that tasted ok and the service was awful.. dont come here not what it used to be... the help seems to not know what is going on very disorganized

My car broke down in front of Lucano's at 7 am , so the owner helped me. It was freezing cold and he told me to stay in the car because of the weather and he was outside fixing my car. He jumped my car and it still was not working. He asked me to wait 5 mins in his restaurant while he was fixing it. God bless his heart. I don't know what I'll done without his help and I still can't believe that they are still nice people like him. Thank you so much Sir if you read my review. God bless.

Used to order from lucanos fairly regularly. Called tonight to order a Sicilian and they don't have them anymore. Best option they had! So we ordered our our 2nd favorite, a thin crust. They've changed the recipe completely. Not a fan at all. Sauce is different and not as good and the crust was....odd. Oh well! At least there are many other pizza options in Joliet! Like mauries table. Who's kept the same recipe for, what, 40 or 50 years? If ya got a good thing, don't change it. We won't be going back.

i came in to dine in with my little one.. ordered a simple 12” pizza and the waitress told me 35 -45 minute wait.. i’m the only one in the restaurant. heads up if you are dinning in order ahead so the food a be close to ready by the time you get here..

Speechless, placed an online order as usual ( frequently dine here), pick up time was 5:17 PM. Received a call that they were out of mushrooms, I opted to swap tomatoes, oops out of those too. Out of mushrooms, tomatoes & sausage….a pizza restaurant on a Sunday???? Inventory control???? Agreed to what ingredients they had. I would be credited for unavailable ingredients. Arrived at 5:18, pizza is in the oven, 20 minutes went by an employee asked if he could help, went to check, stated it would be right out. 22 minutes more, no pizza 42 minutes past quoted pick up time. Pizza finally comes out. Each ingredient on line was $2.49, I was credited $2.14. I called upset about the 40+ minute wait after promised pick up time. I had the displeasure of dealing with Michelle. Michelle stated that a stuffed pizza takes 45 minutes ( that must be after quoted pick up time)!!!! She then disconnected the call ( hung up) ????? I called back, no apology, didn’t listen to a word that was said as you can’t when you are talking over a customer. ( friendly/helpful.. not) I requested my pizza be comped or some type of credit be issued for the inconvenience, Michelle stated I would not be getting a free pizza because they were out of mushrooms….way to listen to the customer Michelle???? Call went silent. Called back and I requested to speak to the manager ( must not be one on staff considering all of the issues) .I stated that she disconnected the call again. She talked over me again and said the manager was crediting the pizza back to my card. I stated we would NEVER eat here again. Over an hour has gone by and there is still no credit??? Imagine that. A month ago I ordered lasagna, they gave me cold noodles, no filling, no cheese with pizza sauce thrown over the top. Must of been out of all those ingredients as well?!! I chalked it up to an off night and let it go. In light of what happened tonight, unless you don’t want your basic ordered ingredients and have an additional 45 minutes after promised time to wait, don’t bother ordering from here. Michelle will probably be named employee of the month as no one in charge appeared to be on the floor or aware of what is going on ( mgr. must of been doing inventory)???!!! I neglected to mention that there was 2 customers in the restaurant at the time. What a shame as it used to be good pizza.

When my pizza arrived the pizza was burnt, I do not mind well done but this was beyond that. I called to speak with a manager and the young girl put my on hold then hung up on me. This happened three times. I had to drive to restaurant and finally able to speak with a manager who then asked if I wanted another pizza, I decided to just get refunded. He was polite. I would not have minded getting a new pizza but getting hung up 3 times was not cool and the girl was very immature.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas for takeout this evening for myself and the guys at work, 1 meat lovers and 1 supreme, both pies were cooked just how I like them, thin and crispy. The sauce is excellent, full of flavor and not watered down like a lot of other places. The supreme pizza had sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, all of the toppings were plentiful and delicious. I especially like that mushrooms are included, in my experience it seems a lot of restaurants have done away with mushrooms on supreme pizzas. Excellent service overall, staff was friendly and the food was ready when I arrived, so I was in and out.

Used to be 5 stars and I hate giving reviews. But don't waste your money. Went to far downhill after new owners. Would of gave it one star but It is just hard to do after it use to be my favorite pizza place in the joliet area. I use to recommend to everyone at the casino when I visited.

Ordered delivery which was on time & the only good thing I can say about this experience. Several things not on the menu anymore probably due the covid b.s. Ordered house salad w/ranch on the side, no dressing was with order. Ordered 12 traditional wings w/teriyaki on the side, came drenched with sauce. Ordered 2 Chicken parm. dinners only 1 came & was only charged for the one. The breaded chicken was fine but the pasta was over cooked and doughy.This is not the first time Lucano's has messed up my order, but it will be their last opportunity to do so. I will not order from them again.Very disappointed.
