Employee dropped my food in drive through and proceeded to tell driver that its our fault that the bag ripped open due to them not following bagging rules employee proceeded to say it our fault and called out Sandra and she walked away and did not proceed to help us or ask for refund or remake we proceed to pick up the food and remake the fires that where cold mind u employees hide and did not try and help and kept saying parked far but once we mentioned they packed the bag they ignored the fact and kept blaming us i have photos and receipts i would like to get connected by hire up please and thank you.

It's a great place to go to, Become crowded and not, worked with people there before, as an employee. One of the breakfast sandwiches changed and got deleted from the menu board. Was opening the store before the customers ever started appearing, the place does go around 24/7.

Ordered a sack of chocolate chip cookies. It’s something my family and I really enjoy because store bought cookies aren’t fresh but McDonalds cookies taste delicious and are usually made fresh which means they’re still warm when you get them. The cookies given today were cold as if they’d been sitting out all day and we were in the drive thru for a long while already. We got to the window and they were given to me on a pancake plate. Not even in a sack. 🙄 😳🤔 So disappointing. 😔

my sweet tea was horrible it taste like no sugar in it .. i ask for my nuggets fresh when i ordered .. the gave me warm nuggets.. i gave them back .. a few girls was talking smack including the manger .. bad for business

I gave a five-star for food it's decent I went through the drive-thru I ordered four McDoubles with Mac sauce three large french fries and two large Sprites after paying I find out I was shorted a french fry so I went back through the drive-thru and I explained to them that I just placed the order and I'm missing a french fry the manager says just come to the next window I pull up her and the staff are laughing I find that very disrespectful I hope that I'm not the only person that is dealing with this issue but please don't let people be rude to you kindness is very very respectful but I will be back tomorrow to speak to the big manager have a nice night.

DO NOT USE MOBILE APP HERE. This place often(4-5days out of week) says they’re cash only and can’t take mobile orders even if the order was processed and money taken. They don’t give refunds for them either so beware this place STEALS your food and money.
