I had a mobile order pick-up for my self, the guy asked for my name, and said my order was picked up 30 minutes ago, i said I literally just placed my order, without finishing my sentence he said well i cant do nothing about it, and i pulled up to the window, i said can you take a look on my phone, it literally have all the information needed, but he still being ignorant said wait and he went taking more orders, he had such a nasty attitude while he the manager, his name was nick, the worker by the window was so nice and apologized on his behalf, and then he came saying now my order popped up and forcing me to pull up to another window,instead of asking politely, and i said whats up with that nasty attitude? Arent you suppose to be a good example for others? He slammed that window on me. He was so disrespectful.

5 stars for the crew working graveyard shift on Memorial Day (early morning hours 5.27.25) the gentleman at drive thru window got my order perfectly down to a tee, the burger was scorching hot fresh off the grill, and the service time impeccable. These workers likely sacrifice lots of time to work at McDonalds of all places, late as hell at night and the day after a holiday, they should deserve double their current wages. Thank you for delivering a burger that absolutely hit the spot to a drunkard like me looking for an open McD's at 3 AM :))))

Poor services, bad attitude and really disappointing, this was my home restaurant for the last couple of years, but they were even speaking in spanish making fun of us, this happened around 8 to 8:15pm and where 2 young women, please someone take care of this, where are who keep business working!!! If there is no customers no job for them

Employee dropped my food in drive through and proceeded to tell driver that its our fault that the bag ripped open due to them not following bagging rules employee proceeded to say it our fault and called out Sandra and she walked away and did not proceed to help us or ask for refund or remake we proceed to pick up the food and remake the fires that where cold mind u employees hide and did not try and help and kept saying parked far but once we mentioned they packed the bag they ignored the fact and kept blaming us i have photos and receipts i would like to get connected by hire up please and thank you.
