I wanted to try this place I had order Waffle, sausage, bacon and eggs meal. Unfortunately my food had a hair, I let the waitress know she took the plate and didn’t even apologize or anything I had to wait and ask another waitress and let her know I wanted something else. When we finished eating we got the bill but even then Never got an apology they just made it seem like it was ok to have hair in your food.Horrible Food and Worst Horrible Customer Service.Never going back!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the biscuit meal and said it comes with eggs, got home no eggs. Try to call after trying for 15 min and the phone is off service. Paid 14 bucks for dry biscuit and gravy. Not worth it and will go else where. Not worth the money.

I had recently post a review of what I seen at the restaurant and felt yelling at a waitress in front of customers was not something I wanted to support by eating at this restaurant it's just my opinion but then to find out she was let go we decided we're not going back to support this restaurant ! UPDATE 12/3/23 we returned to My Waffle restaurant after not eating here in 1 month our waitress was back we didn't ask how or why I'm just glad things worked out I do hope the Owner reads his reviews because some customers really care thats important so to everyone working at this restaurant the food is always good we're satisfied but as for what ever happened I'm glad adults figured out the issue we will be back.
Great food and service they really appreciate their customers. The country fried steak and eggs or skillet is the best!

I had posted a bad review approximately a month ago due to seeing the Owner yell at his waitress in front of customers I really bothered me because nobody deserves that disrespectful treatment especially in front of customers she is a hard worker we go for the food which very good I will say . She was let go so we stopped going we won't support someone like this ! UPDATE 12/3/23 we returned to My Waffle and had breakfast the food was great as usually and our favorite waitress was there too something changed we were happy to see her what ever happened to make manager change his mind we thank you for reading and listening to your customers

Waitress did not understand English. My breakfast was wrong. Ordered from the Senior Menu a cheese omelette, bacon on the side , grits , wheat toast. My omelette was made with cheese/ bacon and white toast! My husband should have had a choice of potatoes or fruit but she did not bring either. Spoke to 3 staff before the understood what was wrong. Manager remade my breakfast. Bacon was not crisp, omelette was not good . Never again . And he charged us did not even comp my food . We used to support this place but never again. Going to the Southern Cafe. At least they understand English !

Great food but the customer service can ruin your experience. I called in an order of chilaquiles for pick up. Once I got home I found there were no eggs. I called to let them know and they told me I have to ask for eggs. All chilaquiles on menu say they come with eggs AND I was charged as if I was getting eggs. Felt like the employee was trying very hard not to admit fault. That’s ok. There’s other places to go to.
