I'm a one and done customer. Very disorganized and apparently add a fee when you use a credit card which varied from the total price given while placing the order. Delivery driver was a nice older lady who couldn't climb stairs well so I went partially down to her. She needed a signature but didn't think to bring up a pen. So glad we have Lou's, Macianos, Beggars, Rosatis, etc. around and I'll stick with them. At least the pizza was decent but nothing spectacular. I at least wanted to give them a try and now I know better.

Placed a phone order and went to pick up at time it was supposed to be ready but when I got there it wasn’t even put in yet. Was told to wait in car and someone will bring it out. Over 20 minutes after the time they said someone would bring it out I went in for a refund and got told it’s the next to go in.
Good pizza and burgers!!!

Staff member Amanda was so great. Very friendly and kind over phone and when picking up order brought out to our car when ready so didn’t have to wait inside and made sure everything was perfect with our order. Wonderful employee!

I ordered chicken wings and they gave me burnt ones. I called back to the pizza place and they told me that there was no manager to talk to so they could call me back and they never call me back that the pizza was good.

The best pizza, other pan pizza does not compare. I have never had a bad meal from here. This location makes perfect, tasty pan pizza and it is so much better than other.

Always delicious
The pizza here is very underrated and tastes the same as it did years ago. The gentleman and woman there were very nice and had our order ready in a reasonable time.
We had the best 18" Primo Pizza today. Great job Marchelloni in Crest Hill.
Actually makes the pizza the way it’s supposed to be. The regular crust not thin or even cold. Has the ham roll instead of only beef.
Worst customer service every. Lets see first tried placing a take out order sat on hold for over 10 minutes not even on hold technically listing to the employees talk and goof around instead of doing there job. Then after I had to repeat my order multiple times because it's apparently to hard to do your job and take the order a customer is giving you I also had to remind him to give me a total and take address because it was for delivery. I mean I mine as well just be on the hourly pay roll at this point since I have to do the employees jobs for them. I was finally told totally and after hanging up realized I was over charged by more then $30 after doing the math myself. When I called back to question it I was screamed at told I was wrong because the prices they have listed aren't the real prices. Well that just sounds great didn't know prices just changed from what is the listed price and not even by miniscule amounts. After all of this I was then told to come up there and fight him before being hung up on. As a restaurant manager myself and the way the phone was even answered in the begging I'd definitely work on employee training and your SOPs because apparently your employees don't know how to do their jobs.
