I ordered chicken wings and they gave me burnt ones. I called back to the pizza place and they told me that there was no manager to talk to so they could call me back and they never call me back that the pizza was good.

The best pizza, other pan pizza does not compare. I have never had a bad meal from here. This location makes perfect, tasty pan pizza and it is so much better than other.

Always a amazing job by these guys. Have had very few misses and more hits with them over the years. It's a local classic.

The pizza here is very underrated and tastes the same as it did years ago. The gentleman and woman there were very nice and had our order ready in a reasonable time.

Actually makes the pizza the way it’s supposed to be. The regular crust not thin or even cold. Has the ham roll instead of only beef.

First time try. Liked the look of the pizzas from the yelp photos. Great job outta the gate! Beef roll was very good. Pizza was just what you want.... perfect pan crust... not greasy. Well cooked with no skimping on ingredients. Friendly fella took my order over the phone. Friendly lady handed me my order. Great "mom & pop" type place with good food at decent prices. Give them a try. I'll be back. Thanks!

Worst customer service every. Lets see first tried placing a take out order sat on hold for over 10 minutes not even on hold technically listing to the employees talk and goof around instead of doing there job. Then after I had to repeat my order multiple times because it's apparently to hard to do your job and take the order a customer is giving you I also had to remind him to give me a total and take address because it was for delivery. I mean I mine as well just be on the hourly pay roll at this point since I have to do the employees jobs for them. I was finally told totally and after hanging up realized I was over charged by more then $30 after doing the math myself. When I called back to question it I was screamed at told I was wrong because the prices they have listed aren't the real prices. Well that just sounds great didn't know prices just changed from what is the listed price and not even by miniscule amounts. After all of this I was then told to come up there and fight him before being hung up on. As a restaurant manager myself and the way the phone was even answered in the begging I'd definitely work on employee training and your SOPs because apparently your employees don't know how to do their jobs.

the food is always great but the hours of operation are always up in the air. Mkre thsn a few times we will call and order within the last 1 to 2 hours and have to ask if they are taking orders. Every time they say yes, but you have to get there within 20 minutes because they are closing early. One time, we were on our way to pick-up an order and the gal called us 3 or 4 times in 10 minutes to come pick it up so she coukd leave. It wasnt even close to the posted closing hours.

Wow! I've ordered from Marchelloni many, many times with no problems. Tonight whoever took my order was so lacking in any people skills or knowledge of how to take an order that I actually ended up asking to speak with someone else. I NEVER do that. I explained to the other person that not only was the order-taker rude (and explained exactly how) but that I had to spell simple words such as "rock" several times along with dealing with his attitude. My exactly words were, "J.C. I had to spell "rock," etc at which point the woman informed ME that I was rude, that she wasn't taking my order and hung up on me!

I was pretty excited to give this place a try, especially seeing how close it is to my apartment! Unfortunately, my experience was concerning at best and alarming more than comforting. The pizza I brought home, simply put, had only one redeeming quality; the disinfectant baking process induced by the temperature of the pizza ovens. The restaurant itself is atrocious and absolutely filthy. Fly traps overloaded with dead flies, oozing brown marks coming from the ceiling, broken, molding glass-top coolers in the public spaces, several week/month old news papers strewn about the common areas, sticky floors, and (most concerning) a complete lack of food safety techniques in the kitchen. Multiple uncovered, unbaked pre-prepped pizza pans were stacked on prep surfaces, open toppings and cheese containers that had to be waved at to push flies away, very visibly dirty prep surfaces and appliances, the list goes on. In another strange twist, a girl presumably less than 12 was running the entire kitchen with someone else (presumably less than 15) helping. Both were not wearing PPE when handling raw ingredients. One of the two stepped away to use the restroom and very obviously did not wash her hands or use any hand sanitizing solution before going right back to the pizza prep line. The only person old enough to hold a drivers license was managing all of the deliveries and leaving the two girls alone for large chunks of time. I understand that businesses of all types have been struggling with staffing over the past several years, but I’m afraid that this pizza place is going to end up with either a labor or illness-inducing lawsuit if these things can’t be improved immediately. I don’t believe this place would currently pass a health inspection if conducted.

Have been going here for a long time and buy a pizza today get it home and pizza is burnt not hardly any sauce on it probably won’t be going back so don’t waste your money they got me for 35 bucks and was told there was nothing they can do for me when I called them will definitely stop a lot of people from going there after this experience it was horrible!!!

Order a pizza at 5pm, and they said it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes. I called at 6:40 to check on the status. I was told that we were not in their delivery area, despite the fact that the map on their website shows us well within their limits. They said they were going to deliver it anyway, and that they were just leaving for the delivery. Still had not received it at 7:30, so I called and cancelled. Two and a half hours wait for no pizza. What incompetence and dishonesty.
