Your employees at this location completely ignored me when I walked in and then somebody else who came in behind me got served before me that is ridiculous. I was there first I should have been helped first.

Very dirty restaurant. I hope the restaurant isn't reflective of kitchen cleanliness. Food is typical Popeye's food.

Unless you want to be sick throwing up continue to go here then!! Ordered chicken tenders meal in drive through and as you can see this is what happened… UNDERCOOKED chicken!!!! I went back after to tell the manager my fiancé got sick from this throwing up, check your fryer temperatures and timers no apologies was given no word coming from her mouth!!! And you’re called a MANAGER where is your professional attitude at!! Not sure how this disgusting place continues to be in business. 🤮

A HOT MESS is what I would call this Popeyes!! Pop machine broken. Cash register broken. Dirty and grimey. Mashed potatoes were not cooked all of the way and cold. Had to wait for chicken strips bc they didn't have enough for 1 lunch order. Not enough ppl working to keep up. One good thing is that the employees were polite and trying to deal with what they had to work with. My goodness this franchisee should lose the thier contract!

I’ve always had a good meal here. It’s so sad that my local Popeyes (Quad Cities area) are some of the worst in the nation. This is is good spot when I am in Joliet.

This location always has great service the restaurant always is packed which mean there is exceptional quality of food and service i absolutely love this popeyes and its staff the manager is amazing and very professional my food was super fresh and delicious

The service, though?? WHY is this Popeyes so SLOW?? Put the chicken in the box. Take the money. I do not understand. I sat behind one person at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, gave up and went inside, and as I was leaving they were at the drive thru window. How did I get my in person order, start to finish, in less time than the drive thru person's order?? This place is weird.
