I ordered a deep dish pizza and asked if I could get the sauce without chunky tomatoes. I was told it doesn't have as it's just marinara sauce. I asked the gentleman who took my order this question 3 different times and each time he replied the sauce doesn't have chunky tomatoes. I pick up my order, get home and guess what's in the pizza sauce, chunky tomatoes. I understand their deep dish pizza comes with chunky tomatoes and if that's the only way it's available, then I understand that and I would have ordered something different. Don't tell me that it won't come and then I get it and it does.

Order pizza came to me cold had warm up .And call talk to management he ruled so I told him,Pizza was cold he tell me came out oven cut and delivered it No it was cold take 12 mins get to my apartment so window or air was on poor management he should said okay sorry but he didn't disappointed. 😐 Cold pizza cold.....

I ordered the lasagna with a salad and meat balls and a sausage on the side. I've had this meal several times because I'm a big fan of Rosati's. But for the last two times I've ordered the very same meal. They put the sausage and both big meat balls inside the order of lasagna, I've ordered this before and the extras were on the outside of the order as an extra not part of the dish. Inside the dish less lasagna as the main meal. I guess next time I just won't order the extra sausage and meat balls. And I ordered sautéed mushrooms and they were put in the dish as well and they weren't sautéed. Just really disappointed ?

I have tried everything on the menu (except the salads) and it's all delicious. My go to items are the wings, pizza, combo sandwich and fettuccine Alfredo. The quality of all ingredients are very high and the staff do a great job.

We placed an order at 8:30pm online, received the confirmation, the payment was deducted but we never received our food. I called the restaurant at 10pm and got a voicemail that they were closed. Upon calling today to explain the situation and ask for a refund we were told we needed to call “slice”. If you are considering placing an online order with them I wouldn’t do it.
UPDATE: I received a call from the owner of this restaurant and he apologized and explained that Slice is a third party delivery service. He was very kind and offered us a pizza on the house. We appreciated the follow up from the owner, unfortunately this is rare these days. Thank you for making it right.

I ordered 2 cheesy beef sandwiches on garlic bread with an additional order jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. Our dinner was DELICIOUS!!! The beef was tender and juicy with a generous amount of good quality melted mozzarella cheese. The sides were yummy as well. I appreciate the quality of the ingredients that Rosati's uses from their salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. Since I moved to Joliet about 4 yrs ago and tried many different pizza joints, Rosati's in Crest Hill is #1 in my book. I highly recommend them.Also, my order was delivered quickly by a friendly driver, and the food was hot.

I've ordered here twice and each time was consistent and delicious. I've had many thin crust pizzas and this one is one of the best. The attention to detail with added cornmeal and a grease divider between the cardboard is great and saves the pizza when it might sit for a bit. The sauce isn't on the sweeter side and the cheese wasn't too pungent and it melted great. 10/10
