Long story short, there was an issue with ordering Italian beef on the pizza, complicated by other factors. Kevin is now looking into the issue and gave us a way to order my favorite pizza in the meantime :) Thank you!! 10/10 service! And of course, the pizza is delicious too.

The young lady whom I believe is the manager has such a kind spirit. She was very welcoming and made sure my order was correct The establishment was clean and the food was very fresh and good!! I will be back to get some more of their delicious food!

The pizza was good. Chose this pizza place to give my fiance a taste of Chicago pizza he liked it very much. Took away 1 star for atmosphere because itâs located near a liquor store and was also very dark inside unsure how staff was inside but phone service was nice. Mozzarella sticks were also good as well. Was enough to feed 2 adults and 1 child with leftovers for the next day.

I ordered a deep dish pizza and asked if I could get the sauce without chunky tomatoes. I was told it doesn't have as it's just marinara sauce. I asked the gentleman who took my order this question 3 different times and each time he replied the sauce doesn't have chunky tomatoes. I pick up my order, get home and guess what's in the pizza sauce, chunky tomatoes. I understand their deep dish pizza comes with chunky tomatoes and if that's the only way it's available, then I understand that and I would have ordered something different. Don't tell me that it won't come and then I get it and it does.

Order pizza came to me cold had warm up .And call talk to management he ruled so I told him,Pizza was cold he tell me came out oven cut and delivered it No it was cold take 12 mins get to my apartment so window or air was on poor management he should said okay sorry but he didn't disappointed. đ Cold pizza cold.....

I have tried everything on the menu (except the salads) and it's all delicious. My go to items are the wings, pizza, combo sandwich and fettuccine Alfredo. The quality of all ingredients are very high and the staff do a great job.

I ordered the lasagna with a salad and meat balls and a sausage on the side. I've had this meal several times because I'm a big fan of Rosati's. But for the last two times I've ordered the very same meal. They put the sausage and both big meat balls inside the order of lasagna, I've ordered this before and the extras were on the outside of the order as an extra not part of the dish. Inside the dish less lasagna as the main meal. I guess next time I just won't order the extra sausage and meat balls. And I ordered sautéed mushrooms and they were put in the dish as well and they weren't sautéed. Just really disappointed ?
