At first when they opened. We were very excited! Because part of the menu they said they have broiled seafood like crab legs, lobster tails and stuff. They never really had it. They said that the cooker is broken since they grand opening. Disaster dissatisfaction.

I come here all the time. While the food is cooked fresh, they keep the black skin on the catfish nuggets and I keep getting bones fried with the catfish. It’s really frustrating and made me not even enjoy my meal.

Last time I ordered from this sharks food was fryer hard and nasty I had to return it and have it remade . Months later same issue but this time I don’t want anything more to do with this location you if you want sharks drive to Joliet this locations don’t care

Service was excellent and food was cooked to freshness. Me and my lady got a three-piece wing two piece perch and three-piece jumbo shrimp combo meal and it was excellent. I would highly recommend their food. It’s really good.

We ordered Two meals from this restaurant through DoorDash, received only one. When we called about the shortage, the manager told us to come and pick it up! As I was HOT, I told him the I will not come and pick it up. The manager told us that they’ll deliver it but it’ll take a while. So after 1 hour and a half we called back. We were now told that they’ll deliver cook will deliver it at 8 pm! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Also this was a $60 order.

Walked in 3-combo meal (ate some before pic) Shrimp was the best. Everything cooked fresh. Crispy and piping hot. Not cold or crunchy fish nuggets.

Spent $19 for it between me and my gf.

My only improvement would be the sauces. The packets are lacking in flavor and liquid tartar sauce, but overall great.
