I should have left when seeing the cost was almost $32 for two small shakes, medium shake, medium slush and large sprite. When given my order there was overflow on lid and went all over me, down my coat. My daughter was soaked from all the liquid from the carrier. When I got home ALL I did was try to lift the medium shake out of the carrier and it broke in two. Wondering if all the overflow was what caused the styrofoam to be so weak because there was spilled drink all in bottom of carrier. So upset because things aren’t cheap anymore and got ripped off. Sprite was almost all ice and lost half a medium shake. On top of being a sticky mess. There is normal overfill on drinks which is no big deal but this was excessive to soaking us which is carelessness. I rarely ever leave a bad review so that says something.

Listen I get it. Getting paid barely anything to do a job sucks but you chose that job.
Everytime I order uber eats from here after 9pm… if I order ice creams, they are never delivered. And the uber eats driver always says that they don’t give them the items necessary to complete the order and so they just deliver what was given.
Whenever I go to this location past 10pm, the employees will “hide” in the back corner of the restaurant if you pull up to the drive thru. But they are in plain sight on their phones talking to each other.
It’s frustrating. Y’all suck.

I came up earlier today and had a decently sized order, one item in the order was for a medium chili cheese fry, when I got my bags the fries were missing.. I initially brushed it off because it was a fair sized order, so I just pushed the button and asked about my missing chili cheese fries, they apologized and eventually passed me a bag with the supposed fries.. I had felt better until I opened it and saw it was just a regular fry… I really just paid extra money for medium fries without the chili and/or the cheese... 😕

Tried Double smash burgers. Tasty, average size sandwich, nothing that would make me say wow. Personally prefer Culvers for taste. Cheddar peppers were over cooked and tasted a little burnt. 5 dollars seemed expensive for 4, but isn't everything these days.

These people actually had the audacity to say they won’t unlock the bathroom until 5 minutes when they bring out food. That’s ridiculous when a child needs to go. How unprofessional and lazy. Won’t be back after a lazy jerk treats people that way at all.

This is the second time we’ve been here to sonic and we ordered 2 large truffle blast, and there was nothing in it but soft serve ice cream! And when I called the only thing, the young lady did was say I’m sorry. She said she was the manager. We paid $20 for two large chocolate truffle blasts and nothing but soft serve ice cream!

Ordered # 4 burger was super greasy literally black grease dripping from burger making everything soggy kindly asked for another burger samething when I opened wrapper black grease dripping no time to get upset just threw the burger away it's only a matter of time before this place is closed permanently if they think this is normal.

I’m so disappointed. Ordered 3 things. 1) diet cherry limeade. Had no recognizable flavor beyond sweet. 2) tots. Not very crispy but definitely the best part of this meal. 3) double Sonic smasher. Omg. The burgers were undercooked, hardly any sauce, and I didn’t get a fork and knife when I ordered no bun. Plus grease that leaked out of the box onto my lap. Will not be coming back.
