I did online order 15-30min before coming. No cars where in line. The food was not ready. Why order from online to be quicker. Corporate needs to staff more people.

Absolutely horrid. Is there no management in this place?? Always forget sides. I got two hard shell tacos, both shells were broken. A steak quesadillas with three pieces of steak and no cheese. Forgot the cheese sauce last time they forgot tortillas chips. Get it together!!! That’s the inside of my quesadilla. No meat no cheese

My guy working alone on Christmas Eve hooked it up today! We had quite a big order and homie hooked it up!! Wish we got his name because my first burrito, wow everything was on point and then some! Heaviest burrito I’ve ever had and omg it was amazing. Thats just the first one, the rest of food tasted like he put his soul into every bite. Spectacular service, wonderful food! This is worse than the one on Larkin now. Dirty as hell, food ain’t made right, workers rude and either drunk/high, and they had me wait for 45 min on a mobile order off the value menu. I didn’t even eat the food once I saw how filthy the store is & how trashed the employees were. Foul.

One car ahead of me in the drive thru. When I got to the window I waited for 6 minutes before they told me to pull around. Messed up my order then ignored me and the others waiting to get their food corrected at the counter inside. Might as well just close this location it’s nothing but problems. 20 minutes for fast food? Why have a drive thru if you make everyone pull around, it’s not like anything here is fresh or grilled. Drop more bags in the water.
