I have not been at a toco bell in 10 years. The very nice person at counter explained each choice and what was inclusive on the meal deals. Could not have been more attentive. After i was informed of choices the lady indicated the inside was closed. She could have not told me anything but to exit the building and use drive thru, however she took the time to explain and answer all of my questions first. I wish i knew her name but if i had a business, i would want her working for me. Toco Bell on Larkin in Joliet/Crest Hill. I took the time to inform the shift manager.

Service was terrible workers were very rude which wouldn’t even normally be an issue but I ordered a cheesy bean and beef burrito and received a bean burrito with a handful of onions and shredded cheese and failed to receive my cinnamon twists as well

We stopped in this afternoon for a quick snack. Logan took our order and he couldn’t have been nicer. We each had a soft taco supreme, and I have to say they were one of the best taco supremes I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. So Kudos to Logan and the entire crew working this afternoon!

Everybody was great and smiling. Only thing i disliked was the meximelts I got were very messy to eat. There was grease on the outside and dripped out of the paper. Had to wrap with napkins lol
I literally went inside to order just two cheese bean and rice burritos with a side of fries. Not only did I get zero fries both burritos were wrong with bacon and ground beef in them.
