This place is a hit or a big miss. Todays meal all the meat was burnt. When your paying $5 a taco it’s pretty upsetting to receive burnt food. It’s all about the cook who’s cooking. And whoever was cooking today, clearly didn’t care.

The guy working the register didn't mind that we came in 10 mins til close. He was very friendly and helped us out in a kind way. Amazing fajitas, try the shrimp fajitas... Lots of flavor.

Catering menu on their website has poor presentation. Customer service on their facebook was not helpful and very unprofessional.

The closed at 8:55, when they advertise open til 9. Understandable, but a pet peeve of mine. It's Friday night and I can't get an order at five to nine. That's motivation to give El Gallo my business, and to not return to Fajitas..Should always offer service until you lock your doors. That's just bad business, in my personal opinion..Won't be coming back here unfortunately- I like their food but it's not worth patronizing an establishment that is lazy and doesn't respect their customers.

Some good fresh tacos. Everytime I stop here the food is good.

I seen a sign out front with taco specials so I decided to stop in and try it. The special was two or three tacos (can't remember) beans and rice. I wanted veggie tacos with just the fixings (lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro). Imagine my surprise when I was charged the same price as the chicken tacos. I asked were veggie tacos the same price as chicken to which the person at the cash register replied yes. That had already given me a bad feeling but I figured maybe the food was worth it and I'd give it a try.Well let me tell you.....the food was NOT worth it. The food was mediocre and I should have went somewhere else for lunch. Note to self: Just because there's a sign out front doesn't mean you have to stop.

Went for the 1st time. The food was okay. Nothing to brag about. Not work the amount of money that they charge.

Horrible customer service from the manager. I received an inaccurate carry out food order and within 7 minutes of leaving the restaurant and noticing the error, I immediately called to inform the staff. The restaurant was closing within 5 minutes and I asked that my order be made properly but was told the chef was unwilling to correct it. Therefore, I asked to be reimbursed my payment method and even overheard the chef confirm to the staff member that he did not provide the correct food order. I was told that the manager was not on site and that he will be informed of the matter and will call me back the next day. However, within 20 minutes I received a call back from the staff member who was helping me with the ordeal who stated that her manager said I should have brought back the food and that he is refusing to return my payment. At which point, I explained that had I been told that was the policy when I initially called then I would have been happy to do so. Additionally, since it was over 30 minutes later, the undesirable food had already been discarded. The staff member then proceeded to provide her managers contact number because she agreed that it was an unfair and unreasonable to not issue back my payment for their blatant error. When I called the manager he was extremely rude and said that if I didn’t like his return policy that was never told to me during the time that I called, then I can just call the city village to report him. Which I’d already planned to do but to hear him be so dismissive and unconcerned for a legitimate issue that his business committed was extremely asinine. Due to this deplorable display of disrespect, I will never patronize this establishment again and will definitely call to report their bad business practice! I want to make sure that no other customer is blind sided.
