This is a great suburban location. I know a lot of people prefer their harolds from the city (I'm one of them ?) but I was not disappointed by the food, wait time, or service. I would visit this location for sure, and they take debit/credit. I appreciate a Harolds with that option.
I ordered online and got the text message that my food was ready. I went in to pick it up and was told that the system didn't print. She was very apologetic and even overflowed my containers. I will get sauce on the side because every single surface was covered. I got the cat and perch dinner, chicken wings, and okra.
I placed an order online order, which was located 6 miles away. Bypassing a Harold's location only 1 mile away. I was told this location in Crestwood was good. I ordered a bucket, 24 wings. Got a text saying it was ready. Get there it's was not ready. A bag has to be requested. Then drive back 6 miles and guess what..the main ingredient that they charged an extra $2.09 for sauce on side was not in the bag. So no sauce, no extra sauce, just two small cups of ketchup...
