In The Game Hollywood Park

Took my son yesterday it was okay until we both realize the games are rigged and you don’t win tickets nor prizes nice place tho for little kids

This place has been a staple in me and my kids entertainment. It always a good time. This most recent visit we did the miniature golf and we had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name Jazmond/Juicy. I believe this is her first job and she seems so excited and did an amazing job. It’s not often you run into youth with a good work ethic but she seems really happy. Please tell her to keep up the go work!!! We will be back soon.

I took my kids to In the game today and Jazmond was collected my tickets she said she just started working but I couldn’t tell. Very friendly and even joked with my kids. I will be coming back.

Customer service was good nice amount games and attractions. Rooms available for party's.

It was my first time there no issues with the games or staff, but the dining floor was really sticky. Given it's a place for children and they are always spilling things, I think that is too be expected.

Great experience. All the staff were helpful and I even watched them handle a particularly difficult customer with compassion and empathy.

Food service was fast, everything was good. Best days to go on are Wed and Fri for half off games so that the money you spend goes further!

This is absolutely one of the best arcades in Illinois. The reason why is that not only does this arcade have many racing games like Mario Cart, some motorcycle games, and many more. It also has really great ticket games. Ski ball is good, that ping pong ball game is also really great and the basketball games are amazing. But if you want a lot of ticket try the clown game, where you have to mock the clowns down. It is really good with 2 to 3 people and if you get the days record you get 500 tickets. That is the best thing about this arcade, the amount of tickets you get. On every game, except the video game ones, you get tickets, and when you do get them you get a lot of tickets. So when you go to the counter you can get so many things. Ok now mini golf. Mini golf here is 4 out of 5 stars, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it is actually a pretty good course and my 4 year old brother got 2 holes and ones, actual putting ones, I got 1 and my mom also got 1. I will come back to why I think it should be 4 stars later.

We went on a Tuesday it was buy one get one free attractions So golf for four people was only like $16.. we had a lot of fun.. the course wasn't perfect and kinda haggard but to me that added to the fun 😁

terrible, went for band and a lot of the machines were dirty. not to to mention this place was dirty! they took 45-50 minutes to complete an order, we prder a chicken wrap, 7 inch pizza and fries. never going back

My family came here for another family members child birthday party. I don't game a lot but I know my daughter won 1000 points on a game and when I checked her card she only had 500 pts. Not cool. My kids had fun so we may return but check those points!
