They were one of the few places opened during a major power outtage and man did they not disappoint. This is probably the freshest Canes I’ve had in a while. Customer service perfect too. They handled the rush well.

his was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I'm glad we chose the Crestwood location. We came from Indiana, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming.

Since it was our first visit, we weren't sure what to order. One of the managers, Q, stepped in and took the time to explain the menu, answer our questions, and help us choose the right meal. His customer service was outstanding.

Q also checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was good, which made the experience even better. It was clear that the staff enjoyed working there the crew seemed happy, friendly, and well-managed.

Waiting 10 mins in drive thru only for them to give me a 3 piece instead of my box combo and forgot my extra sauce didn’t even give receipt for dispute

Ordered a caniac combo to get 6 tenders instead only got 4. Might as well ordered the box combo. Super disappointed.

I ordered through the app it gives you the option to pick up order at the window that’s what I choose I’ve done this before at this location the girl working the drive thru at 1 pm Hispanic girl told me I have to reverse through the drive thru because she can’t hand me my food through the window I couldn’t go forward so I have to tell all the people behind me to reverse when I walk in the lobby Carlos is making TikToks and was bothered that I ask why they made come inside for my order I asked for my order and guess where it was at the drive thru sitting right next to the window I was at don’t hire kids that prioritize their social media over customer it’s costed you guys money

The employees were very considerate. But I was displeased that all the chicken is deep fried. The only vegetable was coleslaw. Nothing grilled at all. Why? This is the worst kind of food option. Lemonade was good. But this food profile was very lacking. Many families were there with children. I was so unhappy that all these children had only fried options. I didn't see hardly any folks having the coleslaw. I had small order of fries and coleslaw with a drink of lemonade.

Only really place online orders, found this to be the best way to have a pleasant experience. Drive thru can be a bit stressful if going at night. So it’s better to skip the madness by ordering online. Never had any issues with that
