Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Good food, hot and fresh, competent employees. Can't say that about a lot of places here.

I am not a huge fast food diner, but while I do enjoy the Ginger's, I do feel that it should have Options Other than Meal deals, and should come with a mini dinner roll, and condiments I don't need to ASK for. That may be Ala carte.
NOT all diners are allowed the items put together as meals (health), esp when.its all fried. When living with restrictions (fried, seasoned chicken, salt, etc) an alternate to French fries etc would be wonderful

I decided to try the Crestwood, IL location and I was not impressed. I had curbside pickup and it took a while to bring my food. The only thing that tasted good was the drink. The chicken was cold, soggy and slimy. The fries were lukewarm. I ordered the Box Combo and asked to substitute the coleslaw for extra fries but did not get them. I ended up with coleslaw. I did however get the extra sauce I requested rather than get the Texas Toast.

I’ve try other locations and they are way better.
Now this place they always give the food uncooked asf, the chicken not even well done, grease asl all the time.
Stay away from this place … it gave my cousin food poisoning. They don’t cook the food right. ?? Disgusting ass place.

Go to oak lawn by 111st & Cicero WAYYYYY BETTER, better quality and better service for sure! They food hasn’t got me sick or my family.

Wow! I love Cain’s chicken fingers. I usually go to Oak Lawn. Always fresh, hot and juicy. Great service too. The Crestwood location is the exact opposite. At the drive up speaker the order taker asked (not exaggerating) 5 times. I said “2 chicken fingers that’s all” very slowly and clearly. She kept asking”What?” Finally got it the 5th time. I go to the window and pickup my dried out and undersized (see photo) chicken without any sauce. Big fail.

I wanted to try this place because one of my kids was asking about it. Well we went inside and wow! $20 for a chicken finger meal? It would have been over $100 for my family of 5 to eat a chicken finger meal! I couldn’t believe it. Lower your prices. We ended up going across the street to Chick fil A and got 30 nugs and drinks for $25. We will go there from now on.

Good job, the staff at this place. That works the window and the front counter are outstanding, friendly and good service.

Parking: The parking lot is not large, but more than enough for a quick Dine in. Or take out.

Wheelchair accessibility: As always spots at the front door.

Canes sauce is literally sour and the fries are oily and old came back again Fries still bogus do better these look like they’re from the bottom of the fryer
