Discovered this hidden gem in an Oregon parking lot during my travels. The desire for coffee called me in, and I was treated to delicious dirty chai and friendly conversation. I chatted about the spot opening a cafe down the road after several years of being open as just the stand...congratulations! delightful ????
Not another drive-thru coffee place! I was looking for a place to get an afternoon coffee, maybe sit and watch the world go by as I drank it. Apparently, I was going to be disappointed when I saw Cosmic Grind was not a walk in, sit down place. But I was wrong, so wrong! Sure I stayed in my car, but the barista was so good natured and the Mexican mocha (decaf, no whipped cream) was so good tasting! I'm not disappointed, I'm happy.
